You can Ritual Summon this card with "Black Illusion Ritual". Once per turn: You can target 1 monster your opponent controls; equip that target to this card. (You can only equip 1 monster at a time to this card with this effect.) This card's ATK and DEF become equal to that equipped monster's. If this card would be destroyed by battle, destroy that equipped monster instead. While equipped with that monster, any battle damage you take from battles involving this card inflicts equal effect damage to your opponent.
This card is just hard to beat unless your deck is sought-after defeating relinquished. I personally have 2 but I don't use them because I feel like using creativity with cards in this game makes you a better player. Not just copying someone's else's strategy. Use critical thinking.
You either be super lucky to draw your key cards in time to kill it (provided your opponent didn't draw their key cards to protect it by then) or you ended up using all of your resources in vain just to deal with this one card.
There is really no reliable way to counter this card because it is a lot easier for its user to protect/recover it, not to mention many of the counter-cards such as "Skull Lair" are much less useful against other decks.
If only this card is not a "event-only" card then I probably wouldn't mind but currently this card is pretty much a middle-finger to all players that join this game after the Pegasus event. I really hope Konami can give us late-comers a second chance to unlock Pegasus in near future. If not it is pretty pointless to keep playing.
enemy controller from can counter it. tribute 1 u'r monster and get control of it before it can equip any monster (u can timing the activation when it activate it's eff and choose the chosen monster as tribute or just activate it as soon as it summoned). I'm sure enemy controller can fit on most deck. Or u can play 1-2 possessed dark soul.

there are so many ways to beat it, it's not funny. why don't you try a destiny draw deck, or a wonder balloons/sword of deep seated deck. Can't hurt you with no attack points...........
