You will also not be able to tribute.

Tips

Very helpful against Monarch decks that need to be Tribute Summoned to activate their effects.
This card also shuts down Ritual Summoning (with a few exemptions), because that would require you to tribute monsters.

Prevent Activation

Mask of Restrict can prevent the activation of effects that require them to tribute. This also applies to Monster that tribute themselves like Stardust Dragon, Doomcaliber Knight, etc.

Pretty much every deck intends to tribute something... even if it's just for enemy controller. It's much more of a Lava Golem support. God for what reason would they add something so broken.

helpppppp !!!
Hello everyone, something terrible happened to me and I would be happy if someone could help me.
I did not have a space on my phone so I deleted a few things (I have galaxy s6) and mistakenly I deleted one of Google's apps and now I can not log in to YUGIOH and I have my duelist ID and my google play remembers all my data. But for some reason the YUGIOH app does not let me in the game and I'm really afraid I will not be able to play agin.

I believe synchro summoning counts as a form of tributing. am I wrong?

Nope. You send monsters. Even tho in DL, they show the tribute animations, well, I guess they did it just to inform the opponent which monsters are used to Synchro Summon with, but not sure if that is the reason. When Synchro Summoning, check the Duel Log.

Nope, synchro summon is that, synchro summon. if a card said "neither player can synchro summon" then neither player cannot synchro summon, sounds redundant, but that's how the cards work.

I have a copy that says: "Neither player can tribute any Monster under any condition". I'm wondering if that counts continuous trap monsters since they are still trap cards.

Technically "under no condition" that would have to include all forms of tribute summings such as ritual ect

The card above tho is much stronger as it says: "Neither player can triubute cards", so any suspecion about which cards are removed. Great against and Econ take Lava Golem.
