Anyone who thinks this game is free to play are kidding themselves. These KC Cup decks are great but the $$$/£££/€€€ that you would need to spend to make them is why PvP will die out fast in Duel Links, leaving only the pay to win scrubs.

Relinquished - unobtainable

Big shield Gardner - unobtainable

This game literally punishes new players and anyone who doesn't spend money.

I have no doubt the Pegasus event will return but in the mean time i can't reach KOG because the top platinum and gold players all have copies of these KC decks and Relinquished is a pain the ass.

If I had the opportunity to play against Pegasus and unlock him I would but the event finished before i started playing and Gardner was removed from the Card trader just as i started building up gold.

If you could play the game for 2 weeks and have the same cards of someone who's been playing for 4 months, that wouldn't be fair either. Stop whining and keep playing to get results.

I'm so tired of hearing about Pay to Win. I own a comic store. 30 people every Friday for Friday Night Magic, but only 16 usually play...and they have good cards and decks...which they purchased. The "for fun" players don't because they play...for fun. Novel idea, I know.

Babydoll I totally understand your stance on pay-to-win. The term is tacky here. There is nothing malicious about buying packs in the game, the creators encourage it! Look at the free gems & SR cards. Plus without buyers they wouldn't afford to update with new packs. I am sure you run a fine business honey, you keep it up! :)

Spirit Lock Deck

This deck is to help people explore the use of spirit monsters.

In order to assemble a decent deck you will need the following

Shinobird Crane x3
Mirror of Yata x3

I've tried this deck with many characters,and Mai's harpie's hunting ground has yet been the most sufficient so far

General idea is to keep Shinobird on the field as long as possible while u summon white rabbit to direct attack. Along with mask lockdown when u are out of spirit monsters

Ur spell/trap zone will be fully occupied Starting from the 2nd turn of the duel

Using a spirit deck has to remember Always set a monster first!

When opponent attacks ur set spirit monsters that havent equiped with miroor of yata. It only returns to ur hand at the end of the turn,and it defends ur entire field.

High att/def in early turns,can go up to 3000

Activate ur spirit spell/monster effect in the right order

Vunerable to cards like
OTC
Twisters etc.

Good against
Gravekeepers
Relinquished

Good thing i stopped playing this game seriously. When i saw people just copy pasting mako decks just to be "good" and think they are the best because they bet anyone not playing a copy deck. I could make up to platinum 3 with only Kaiba and dragons with my original strategy which i surely after saw being copied and pasted on this very same forum. Seriously people keep wasting your time and money, you are only refreshing boxes with your credit. This comes from someone who can buy and refresh the box as many times as i could but im still not getting fun. I was hoping they could release several decks at once and let us play with what we like and not what is broken in this format. Only water and dinos were once viable for Kog, so boring how about zombies, plants, warriors etc, instead they want to stall all that so that they can force you to pay for the strongest cards at the moment and keep doing it until they run out of packs which will take forever and by that time you might have found something more fun anyways or just have moved with your life after spending staggering amounts of cash. Dont say i didnt warn ya.

xD or how about triple skull invitation, war worms with regretful rebirth xD istant death.

Well of course. Half the battle is preparing for a duel by making a expertly crafted deck. And people who pay are going to be able to get the cards they need. Its ok as long as you play casually.

need some feedback on this deck, works really well but unfortunately relies on luck, also I know I don't have sonic bird and thousand but nevertheless got luck enough to get them.

Don't run ritual monsters unless you have TWO copies of both senju and sonic bird. Also, take out summoner of illlusions and magical arm shield.
