Jesse Lvl 50 uses 1x Rainbow Path which negates your attack. The trap card wasn't in Lvl 40 Jesse's deck. Don't forget to add Anti-Magic Arrow to your decks which were used to beat Lvl 40 to successfully defeat Lvl 50 jesse!

Notes

  • No specific skill is required to use this deck, making it a good choice for skill farming.
  • If you want to use a skill, it is best to use skills that boost consistency like Restart or Destiny Draw. Draw Sense: Dark is another option to draw into Kiseitai.
  • The setup you want to have is 2 Kiseitai equipped to a single monster boosted by multiple massivemorphs.
  • Set Kiseitai to let Jesse's monsters attack it, equipping them with Kiseitai.
  • Use all your Massivemorphs on a single monster Jesse controls, the one equipped with Kiseitai.
  • If you manage to set this up you will be able to heal more every turn than Jesse can damage you.
  • Use Impenetrable Attack and Draining Shield to stall.
  • Use Good Goblin Housekeeping and Jar of Greed to draw into your deck.
  • On your final turn, summon Cosmic Compass and special summon 2 tokens. Use Double summon to tribute into The Winged Dragon of Ra and give all but 100 of your LP to increase his attack.
  • Remember to use Anti-Magic Arrows during the final battle phase to avoid Jesse's Crystal Conclave.

Notes

  • Use Restart to try and get Sea Stealth attack in your starting hand, because there is no other way to search it.
  • Discard Warrior of Atlantis to search out A Legendary Ocean.
  • The Optimal board would be 1 A Legendary Ocean, 1 Sea Stealth Attack, 2 Level 5 WATER monsters.
  • Do not attack Jesse's monsters, except if he is hitting you with Amethyst Cat.
  • Leave at least 1 space in your monster zone for Gravekeeper's Vassal for your final turn.
  • Remember to activate Anti-Magic Arrows during your final battle phase.

For everyone having problems with him decking out or summoning his rainbow dragon, you can use pot of benevolence to bring back those crystal beasts from the grave to his deck lol. Best if you're using a cerberus farm deck.

He drops so much EX tokens.

There's a lv. 50 Jesse!? I've dueled him at lv. 40 at the gate like a million times now and I've never seen him in duel world, only Zane. Is it random, or do I have to do something else?

Replaced Zane!? Nooo! XD But putting that aside, he sounds like a lv. 50 edition that gets added on a certain date of an event, kind of like Yami Marik. Thanks for explaining!

No, it's possible to have both Lv50 Jesse and Lv40 Zane at the same time. It happened to me.

I had Lv30 Jesse and Lv40 Zane, beat the Lv30 Jesse, and the Lv50 Jesse shows up while the Lv40 Zane remains there.

Oh, good. I like dueling Zane because he's one of the tougher LDs and good to practice with. And since I have no idea how long it will take for him to get to the gate, I'm trying to take advantage of this while I can.

You dont have to beat lv 40 jesse( spawned in gx and i lost) to get to duel with lv 50 jesse.

Jesse has a trap card in his lv50 deck that negates the attacking monster's attack. It also allows him to draw Rainbow Dragon or Rainbow Dark Dragon from his deck. Heads up for those Vassel decks as it could prevent the final attack from hitting the target. Other then that no different then lv40 deck.

It said Lv. 50 Jesse appeared, but when I saw him in DW he was Lv. 40. Wth?

Beat it first, then the Level 50 one should show up.

You're lucky btw, in my case it was Level 30 that shows up first, not Level 40......

You forgot Rainbow Path, Gamea

Needs confirmation from others, but I think he has 1 Rainbow Path and 3 Rare Value.
