How to play

Earn Map Fragments by defeating Duelists in Duel World!
When you collect enough Map Fragments, you will be able to locate Rare Hunters!
Defeat the Rare Hunters to find Yami Marik!
By proceeding through the event, you can Duel against the Rare Hunters at the Gate! Collect Event Points to progress!

By defeating Marik Lvl.50 who will start appearing from Apr 23 13:00, you can obtain the Egyptian God Card, "The Winged Dragon of Ra"! Face the overwhelming power of Yami Marik Lvl.50!

Cannot be Special Summoned. Requires 3 Tributes to Normal Summon (cannot be Normal Set). This card's Normal Summon cannot be negated. When Normal Summoned, other cards and effects cannot be activated. When this card is Normal Summoned: You can pay Life Points so that you only have 100 left; this card gains ATK and DEF equal to the amount of Life Points paid. You can pay 1000 Life Points, then target 1 monster on the field; destroy that target.

Players who have already received the Winged Dragon of Ra from previous events will receive a UR jewel instead.

A new skill for Yami Marik, "Power of the Tributed", can be obtained by defeating Yami Marik Lvl 50. A skill that gives The Winged Dragon of Ra the combined Attack points and combined Defense points of the monsters used to tribute summon it.

Arkana only shows up at the gate as a lvl 20, but he drops some SR and UR cards, including Anti-Magic Arrows which is a very useful card for both farming and pvp. Chances of obtaining the rare cards can be low, but it can be a good way to get them early if you don't want to wait until the return of Arkana's next event.

This event was tough, but I did it. I got The Winged Dragon of Ra. My first Egyptian God card. But I also got 3 Ra's Disciples and 3 Revival Jams. Marik was a pain, but I beat his ass. In fact I was coming up with strategies in order for me to beat Ra and it worked.

Well it was hard to get Ra. It took me 8 tries. I used Kaiba, and his skill restart in order to get a counter trap on my first turn. Dark Jeroid was a pain in the ass, but I manage to defeat him thanks to "HORUS" the black flame arc dragon. Ever since I played GX Spirit Caller Horus always delivers a big time move to make me have a comeback victory 48 comeback victories with Horus in Spirit caller

With hard grinding, you can get >3 copy for all his drops but that feeling when you grind for days and arkana didn't drop a 🔥. And there's only level 20 arkana..

That was the case for me, too. Eventually, Yami Marik gave me everything I wanted, and then some. But Arkana? Nothin'. Oh well. At least I already have the Anti-Magic Arrows from before.

Hey guys, can someone help me? In my event gate there's only yami marik lvl 10, rare hunter lvl 10 and arkana lvl 20, even though i have 500,000 event points. how the hell do i get more points easily?

He does appear at the gate, but you need to switch gates.

You got 3 gates now to choose from:
1) Unlease the Egyptian God Card
2) Yu-Gi-Oh!
3) Yu-Gi-Oh! GX

I'm not sure if you played the event since the beginning but according to the rules, first you need to get map fragments. As you're collecting map fragments, the Rare hunter and Arkana will appear and after you beat them Marik will appear at the gate. Try to beat everybody at the event gate in that order (RH,ARK,YM) and see if that unlocks Marik at greater levels.
