Notes

The main strategy is using multiple massivemorph on Ultimate Ancient Gear Golem or Ancient Gear Golem so they cannot attack directly, then have them destroy Kiseitai so that you can heal your LP every turn equivalent to half their attack points. This will heal you so much that any other attack Vellian does cannot kill you.
Temple of the Mind's Eye turns any battle damage you will receive into 1000 points, helping you survive longer.
Good Goblin Housekeeping and Jar of Greed helps you draw out the cards you need.
It is best to use Curse of Anubis during the start of the battle phase when Vellian cannot summon anymore monsters and before he attacks with his ancient gear monsters with protection effects.
On the final turn, set a Temple of the Mind's Eye face down to destroy the current active one. Summon Cosmic Compass and bring out two other tokens and then use double summon to tribute into The Winged Dragon of Ra. Activate The Winged Dragon of Ra's effect to boost his attack and remember to activate Anti-Magic Arrows at the start of the battle phase.

To beat him level 50 is not the hardest thing to do... somehow survive 1 hit from ultimate golem then take it with enemy controller then it’s over

kind of surprised the legendary fisherman farm deck isnt included in here. it netted me more than ten million points and a prismatic ultimate golem.

I call this bs, it's 5 times in a row now he summon UAGG on his first turn.

Winged Dragon of Ra when Normal Summoned, other cards and effects cannot be activated so how can I activate Anti-Magic Arrows? It doesn't work. When I attack he activates trap card and that is The End for me because it was my last turn.

Are you serious right now? Cards and effects can't be activated WHEN Ra is summoned (during the Main Phase obviously).
As-in at THAT instant and that instant only.

AMA can only be activated at the start of the Battle Phase and at no other time, therefore Ra's effect is irrelevant.

Don't you mean the skill is 'Life Cost 0?' Unless you want 'Ra' to attack directly through monsters. And also give a 'Catapult Turtle Farm' guide.

the level 50 version is a non-gate version, he spawns from time to time on the map.

This looks to be a PVP, which would explain Crowler having 21 cards deck.

Look at the background, if it's the NPC Crowler the background would have been red.

Velian LVL50 has a skill : he starts the duel with AG Castle. That's the 21st card.
