By Dueling in the Duel World or Ranked Duels, you can accumulate Destiny Power and Prophetic Sartorius will appear in Duel World (GX) by reaching 100%.

As someone who is bad at yugioh can someone explain how these 3 lord cards are useful?

You can use those cards to special summon the light ruler without any tributes. But it's too much a hassle, special summoning 3 monsters is much faster nowadays than using 2 trap and 1 spell cards which could take 2-3 turns.

Not to mention, you have to use them in specific order, which makes them really hard to use. Imagine trying to summon Perfectly Ultimate Great Moth while trying to protect your cocoon.

This should be an interesting event. The only cards of his that exist in the TCG/OCG that we lack are Tour of Doom, Dark Ruler, Fool and World. None of which I expect to be drops here. (Though Dark Ruler will probably feature in his deck, and the skill's likely the one that lets you swap Light Ruler for Dark Ruler.) This means we'll quite possibly get anime cards here. C'mon Reverse Reborn.

The only anime cards we can expect are those who appeared on the Tag Force games: that is, the three "lord" cards, Suit of sword X, The Hanged Man and The Strength. We're probably getting the first three with their skill. The other cards would be way too strong for Duel Links (same goes for Tour of Doom), but I see no reason not to get The World or The fool.
