I hope they re-record the line and has the Japanese VA announce "the world" the same way as when he voiced Dio XD

His line has been already recorded, as matter of fact... Sartorius Lvl 30 summons the World (if you give him the chance)

They did re-record his "The World" lines :D

It sounds more hammy like Dio now, while in the original GX scene it was more subdued.

He is not skip the turn.
The turn number keep counted.
But we cannot do anything on that turn.

The card literally states "skip your opponent's turn". I suggest you review your reading skills.

3100 attack and can skip your opponent’s next turn? Unless they plan on limiting both Samsara Lotus and Treeborn Frog I don’t think we’ll ever be getting this card

Gc came out before the jojo part 3 anime, so za Warudo originated from gx

Technically the JoJo’s Bizarre Adventure OVA, which covered only the Stardust Crusaders arc, had already existed before GX started, so they could have pulled it from there. Though the fighting video game based solely on JoJo’s Part 3 existed before then as well which is where the “Za Warudo!” meme actually originated. Dio’s Japanese VA was likely picked for the role because of his role as Saiou.
