When I saw the card this morning my jaw dropped. 3 turns is a long time in a speed duel but you are not losing 3 random cards at start from deck - you are choosing to play it. An Exodia deck will have tricks like Reload to control its starting setup so I think this will be fine but I think 3 copies would be too much. Not even sure at that since Exodia decks can win potentially on turn 1 and this card means you might be putting your combo pieces out of play and playing stall just so you can draw extra. Would have to test this but seems of limited use.
Well Shard of Greed sees play and that is vulnerable while it is out, wait 2 turns to draw 2. Still a big gamble to drop one of your card draws for a potential gain much later. "A bird in the hand is worth 3 in the bush"?
