Thank you for sharing your tips with us IGN: RazaelRiezen!
The deck is a very good rogue deck and it can counter any deck in the meta. So I use this version of Yosenju.

What Grows in the Graveyard Begin the Duel with 1 "Dark Verger" in your Graveyard. | Akiza Izinski |
The biggest problem with Yosenju normally is getting around big attack monsters. So Angel Trumpeter and What Grows in the Graveyard Skill helps with that
Angel Trumpeter | EARTH Plant ★4 ATK 1900 / DEF 1600 |

This beautiful, fairy-like flower generates a delusional mist to keep intruders away from the deepest parts of the forest, where sacred beasts dwell. |
Karma 1 will target a face-up card and return it back to the hand, this is extremely useful against face-up back row cards like Mirror Wall, Fiendish Chain, the new aroma traps or just monsters you wanna take off-field examples of Fusion, Ritual and Synchro monsters.
Kama 3 is valuable because if you do not start with Oyam you want that in your hand early as it is a wall against almost any deck that has no way to buff their attack to walk over him, plus his Graveyard effect to add any Yosenju card is as valuable as it’s the best way to add sting sword to hand.
Kama 2 I mainly use to get rid of those set monsters when no back row is present or to get over monsters I know I can’t get over. A good example is against invoked since most likely Aleister the Invoker will be in hand to buff their fusion monster from attacks so it’s best to use Kama 2 and use alternate means to handle the big monsters.
Yosenju Kama 1 | WIND Beast-Warrior ★4 ATK 1600 / DEF 500 |
Masters of Shadow [SR] | |
If this card is Normal Summoned, you can: Immediately after this effect resolves, Normal Summon 1 "Yosenju" monster from your hand, except "Yosenju Kama 1". If you control another "Yosenju" monster: You can target 1 face-up card your opponent controls; return it to the hand. This effect can only be used once while this card is face-up on the field. During the End Phase, if this card was Normal Summoned this turn: Return it to the hand. |
Yosenju Kama 2 | WATER Beast-Warrior ★4 ATK 1800 / DEF 200 |
Spirit of the Beast [SR]
If this card is Normal Summoned, you can: Immediately after this effect resolves, Normal Summon 1 "Yosenju" monster from your hand, except "Yosenju Kama 2". This card can attack your opponent directly, but when it does so using this effect, the battle damage inflicted to your opponent is halved. During the End Phase, if this card was Normal Summoned this turn: Return it to the hand. |
Yosenju Kama 3 | WIND Beast-Warrior ★4 ATK 1500 / DEF 800 |
Spirit of the Beast [SR]
If this card is Normal Summoned, you can: Immediately after this effect resolves, Normal Summon 1 "Yosenju" monster from your hand, except "Yosenju Kama 3". When another "Yosenju" monster you control inflicts battle damage to your opponent: You can add 1 "Yosenju" card from your Deck to your hand, except "Yosenju Kama 3". You can only use this effect of "Yosenju Kama 3" once per turn. During the End Phase, if this card was Normal Summoned this turn: Return it to the hand. |
Necrovalley helps defend against Shiranui Synchro and Magician Navigation by preventing banishment from the graveyard
Lava golem gives some burn and control options by tributing your opponent's monsters that may have really powerful effects such as Invoked Cocytus who can’t be targeted.

Naturia Barkion helps protect Yosenju from traps that would disrupt their unique game style by banishing 2 cards which Barkion can simply stop traps and it’s not once per turn.
Psyhemuth allows banishing troublesome cards you do not want in the Graveyard such as Fortune Lady Every, The White Stone of Ancients, and And Invoked Cocytus since it’s effect doesn’t target which is very valuable.
Archfiend call is a godsend synchro monster it challenges most targeted effect cards since people tend not to read it fully and try to use targeted effects on it only to have to use it on their own monsters.
Naturia Barkion | EARTH Dragon ★6 ATK 2500 / DEF 1800 |
Selection Box Vol. 03 [UR]

Only once, if you remove this card from the game when it is in your Graveyard, any Battle Damage you would receive from a direct attack becomes 0. |
Floodgate is used as there are some cards like Quintet Magician and Superheavy Samurai Synchro, Dark Cavalry that you just can’t deal with normally in a Yosenju deck
Floodgate Trap Hole | Normal Trap |
Generation Next [UR] | |
When your opponent Summons a monster(s): Change that monster(s) to face-down Defense Position. Monsters changed to face-down Defense Position by this effect cannot change their battle positions. |
Yosenju Oyam | WIND ★6 ATK ? / DEF ? |

You can only use this effect of "Yosenju Oyam" once per turn. At the start of the Damage Step, if this card battles an opponent's face-up monster: You can make this card's ATK and DEF become equal to the original ATK of the opponent's monster it is battling, until the end of this turn.
