Use these cards as often as possible to get enough cards for your combos.
It is best to special summon Knight of the Red Lotus by removing from play Knight Day Grepher, so that you can use the removed from play LIGHT monster later when you summon Black Luster Soldier - Sacred Soldier. You can use Knight of the Red Lotus to revive a level 4 or lower normal monster once per turn. Meaning you can special summon Knight of the Red Lotus, revive another monster with his effect then tribute into Black Luster Soldier - Sacred Soldier.
Symbols of Duty is a much better way to summon Black Luster Soldier - Sacred Soldier. Send a normal monster to the graveyard to revive Black Luster Soldier - Sacred Soldier from your grave. The ideal combo would be to special summon Knight of the Red Lotus by removing Knight Day Grepher, revive a normal monster with Knight of the Red Lotus's effect, then use Symbols of Duty to revive Black Luster Soldier - Sacred Soldier from your graveyard. Use the effect of Black Luster Soldier - Sacred Soldier to return Knight Day Grepher to the graveyard and remove from play an enemy card, then summon another monster if possible.
