Overview

The main Goal of this deck would be to summon Black Luster Soldier - Sacred Soldier, to use as a beatstick and end the Duel as quickly as possible. Using the effect of Black Luster Soldier - Sacred Soldier allows you to remove an opponent's card, potentially leaving them vulnerable.

Search and draw power

Beginning of Heaven and Earth

Common Charity

Use these cards as often as possible to get enough cards for your combos.

Use Beginning of Heaven and Earth to mill out 3 warrior-type monsters from your deck. If you reveal at least 2 Black Luster Soldier - Sacred Soldier you are sure to mill at least one Black Luster Soldier - Sacred Soldier to the graveyard. It would be best if the other warrior-type monster you reveal are normal monsters, so that you can use them to special summon Knight of the Red Lotus.
Only use Common Charity if you have a normal monster in your hand, otherwise you might be forced to discard your entire hand. Although, if Black Luster Soldier - Sacred Soldier is the only card in your hand, it might be more beneficial to risk discarding your hand.

Knight of the Red Lotus

Knight Day Grepher

It is best to special summon Knight of the Red Lotus by removing from play Knight Day Grepher, so that you can use the removed from play LIGHT monster later when you summon Black Luster Soldier - Sacred Soldier. You can use Knight of the Red Lotus to revive a level 4 or lower normal monster once per turn. Meaning you can special summon Knight of the Red Lotus, revive another monster with his effect then tribute into Black Luster Soldier - Sacred Soldier.

Symbols of Duty

Symbols of Duty is a much better way to summon Black Luster Soldier - Sacred Soldier. Send a normal monster to the graveyard to revive Black Luster Soldier - Sacred Soldier from your grave. The ideal combo would be to special summon Knight of the Red Lotus by removing Knight Day Grepher, revive a normal monster with Knight of the Red Lotus's effect, then use Symbols of Duty to revive Black Luster Soldier - Sacred Soldier from your graveyard. Use the effect of Black Luster Soldier - Sacred Soldier to return Knight Day Grepher to the graveyard and remove from play an enemy card, then summon another monster if possible. This combo could deal massive damage to your opponent or even OTK him.

Dark Necrofear	The monsters removed from play to summon this card can be used to activate the effect of Black Luster Soldier - Sacred Soldier.
Treeborn Frog	Can be used as tribute when summoning Black Luster Soldier - Sacred Soldier. Generally a good addition to decks that specialize in trubute summoning.
Swift Gaia the Fierce Knight	Can be used with Beginning of Heaven and Earth to mill your deck. And can be normal summoned without tribute if it's the only card in your hand.
Blue Flame Swordsman	Boosts the attack of Black Luster Soldier - Sacred Soldier.
Lightray Grepher	Can be special summoned by sending Black Luster Soldier - Sacred Soldier to the graveyard. And can be used to remove from play a light monster in your deck, helping you use the effect of Black Luster Soldier - Sacred Soldier.
Ninja Grandmaster Sasuke	KIGHT warrior-type monsters work well in this deck. Immediately destroy face-up defense position monsters during battle.
A/D Changer	Can be removed from play from the graveyard to change opponent's battle position, but only during your turn. Then can be used for Black Luster Soldier - Sacred Soldier's effect while removed from play
Symbols of Duty	Can be used to special summon Black Luster Soldier - Sacred Soldier from the graveyard, but only if you control a non-effect monster.
Mausoleum of the Emperor	Helps you summon Black Luster Soldier - Sacred Soldier.
Divine Sword - Phoenix Blade	Remove from play a warrior-type monster in your graveyard to retrieve this card. Then if the removed from play warrior was LIGHT or DARK attribute , you can use them for Black Luster Soldier - Sacred Soldier's effect.
Limit Impulse	Tokens summoned by this card can be used to tribute into Black Luster Soldier - Sacred Soldier.

Draw and search

Doomdog Octhros

Dark Mimic LV1

Dark Mimic LV3

Draw and search important cards to get your combos out as quickly as possible.

Set Doomdog Octhros, then search for Dark Necrofear when he is sent to the graveyard.
Both Dark Mimic LV1 and Dark Mimic LV3 help you draw cards. They can also be removed from play while in the grave for the summoning of Dark Necrofear.

Send fiends to graveyard

Trance Archfiend

Sphere Kuriboh

Send fiend-type monsters from your hand to the graveyard to help summon Dark Necrofear quicker.

Send a fiend-type monster to the graveyard to temporarily boost the attack of Trance Archfiend by 500 points. Additionally, when Trance Archfiend is destroyed, you can retrieve a removed from play DARK monster.
Discard Sphere Kuriboh from your hand to stop one of your opponent's attacks by changing the monster's battle position.
Limit Impulse lets you discard 2 cards and can help you summon Black Luster Soldier - Sacred Soldier easily.

Limit Impulse

Use Limit Impulse to special summon 2 tokens on the field then tribute into Black Luster Soldier - Sacred Soldier, if possible summon Dark Necrofear first before Black Luster Soldier - Sacred Soldier. It is best to summon Black Luster Soldier - Sacred Soldier only when you have removed from play LIGHT or DARK monsters, so that you can banish a card your opponent controls.

Using dawn knight, destiny hero dasher, and begining of heaven and earth is my favourite way to special summon BLS. If all 3 monsters go to the grave then use dawn knight to put BLS on top of your deck. Draw it and use dashers effect to special summon it. If BLS goes to your hand you can special summon dawn knight and use it for a tribute

has anyone tried to loop Teva with this ? destroy monster with SS return Teva back to your hand from graveyard, next turn your opponent has no battle phase then your turn you tribute your Teva for the one in your hand and continue...of course i dont have the right cards to test but just an idea

I go to see a few of you actually try to create your own deck. There are so many copy's right now in legend. They need more cards so people can stop using the same decks everybody else uses.

I've been doing pretty well with this, definitely my favorite deck to use for pvp. I'm surprised no-one has posted the premature return + lightray grepher + bls combo. Even better when Lightray can ditch A/D changer from hand.

BLS effect wouldnt activate if u use premature

I use this deck. I need more 1 bls but with 2 still works. The combo consist by using beginning of heaven and heart to mill gaia(dark) and bls(light) to special summon dark flare by banishing the bls, and use Hijiri to special summon. Too, use restart because have big chances to would get gaia in the first hand.
The Magical Merchant is very helpful if you have the darkflare in your hand.
(This is a 4fun Deck and created by me, if you have some other suggestions that do not affect the deck, but rather improve, I'll be accepting).

Anyone want to help me take a stab at this? Its been working very well. Its really fun also. But here it is:

I've been using balance. But omg this deck is fun. You can steal your opponents monster, you can use spiritual light art in the battle phase, easy to activate bls ss's effect, dimension gate works very well.

Ok, heres where I'm at. It is now good enough for platinum. I've made some very good improvements.

3x Lightray grepher

2x grandmaster sausuke (light warrior destroys defense position monster)

Ok back to 2 bls ss. 1 herald of creation, and 1 a/d changer. I don't get to have any fun, once you get to a high rank you basically are forced to have to fit these staples in your deck. I took out begininning of heaven and earth for mirror wall and swapped 1 econ for srh.

Whats the no synergy? If you mean the BlS SS lvl 7 warrior effect then you obviously dont understand the deck and that it is a pointless ability for this deck
