Notes

The usual Cloudian farm deck can work here. However, since Girag has several cards that can destroy monsters, so need to be careful about that. Having multiple copies of Zeradias and Sanctuary in the Sky can help give you thin the deck a little.

The main play is simply summoning any Cloudian and having Sanctuary in the Sky on the field. Keep summoning until you have 3 monsters so that you can tribute summon into Winged Dragon of Ra and equip it with Ceal to attack directly.

Use the Divine Punishment to stop/prevent Legendary Six Samurai - Mizuho preventing Girag from destroying your cards.
Acid Cloud with 2 Cloud counters can also destroy the Backrow.
Cirrostratus with 2 Cloud counters can also destroy Six Samurai monsters.

Having Fairy's Smile skill helps get enough LP so that you can get Ra's attack to over 10k, even after equipping Ceal.

Yes. I use the ojama farm deck with Yugi Destiny Draw skill. Just need to alert Girag didn't summon the samurai that can destroy monster after attack yet.

Guys, use War Rock to farm him. Not giant arm, but instead, his cards that can destroy something with effects is annoying. But war rock has floating effect to summon their high-level monster if he managed to destroy your lvl 4 WR monster and their boss monster cannot be destroyed by card effects. The rest is just keep destroying his def mode monster with fortia to thin your deck, search something.
How expensive this deck? = It's quite cheap. You don't need to reset box, the rest is just your usual set of farming cards: Gravekeeper's Vassal, union attack. Use secret pass for direct attack but I don't even use that card anymore. Instead, I often use photon papilorative (that rank 4 LIGHT warrior) for change battle position to ATK mode or pentestag for piercing. Hope this help.

A shame that they used Kite and Anna to replace Cathy, Flip and Caswell in this event. It would have been interesting to see what kind of decks the game would have given them since the trio's decks are largely anime-only.

Cathy already has all of her anime-only cards that were released in previous YGO games in DL. You give her some Beast support and she's golden.

Flip could easily use a Subterror or Ghostrick deck.

Caswell could use the Crash-bugs as an engine for Rank 3 monsters, like Giga-byte and his very own Antidote Nurse.

I've seen Konami make decks for characters with way less guidelines than these 3.

In regards to Flip, Ghostricks certainly fit his devious personality better and since many are LV3’s it would allow him to go into Grenosaurus and Leviathan Dragon easily, two Xyz monsters he canonically used in the show as beatsicks.

For farming banishing cards like Black Magician of Chaos or Photon Vanisher help prevent Ice or Fire Hand from activating. Use Power of the Guardians to booster your monster to deal over 10,000.
