Notes

Activate Solemn Wishes so that you heal everytime you draw a card.
Use the effect of Golden Ladybug in your hand to heal every turn.
All of Yubel's monsters have 0 attack meaning you do not need to summon anything to stall. At most they will have 500 attack because of Mystic Plasma Zone
Use Legacy of Yata-Garasu, Good Goblin Housekeeping, and Jar of Greed to draw into your deck and heal with Solemn Wishes.
Reveal your draw cards when Yubel activates Ante so that you do not lose any key cards. The best to reveal for Ante would be Good Goblin Housekeeping or Skull-Mark Ladybug.
During your final turn, summon your Golden Ladybug and activate Worm Bait to summon 2 tokens in attack position.
Use creature Seizure to give a token to Yubel and activate Double Summon so you can summon The Winged Dragon of Ra.

You take no Battle Damage from battles involving this card. I believe there is a glitch in the game where Yubel (Ultimate Nightmare)'s effect is unable to work against a monster with 0 atk. As a result, I was able to beat her with a deck full of 0 atk monsters. Just make sure to only have one monster out at a time as she will summon lava golem if you have two.

Right, because if a player attacks a Yubel monster, nothing would happen, or am I thinking wrong about this?

I don't think it's a glitch. The English text is likely slightly incorrect. (It probably has to inflict damage to destroy a monster, which doesn't happen with a 0 ATK monster.)

For many laughs, watch as Yubel uses Ante on your hand with a Gate Guardian several times, even after using it once (so they should know you have it).

Bad reaction to Simochi + Eye of truth.
In all out honesty,it's hard for her to hurt you (yes, there is Ante) if you keep your field free of monsters. And she doesn't do a good job of reacting against Bad Reaction to Simochi, she has a tendacy to keep some magic cards in hand.

The main issue is if you don’t have a way to get rid of ultimate opening hand best you can do is not summon anything til you can. The main issue is ante she runs 3 so if she gets mystic on field she just needs to attack 2 times to technically win. Outside of ante that’s the main issue with the deck. A cursed seal will stop her easily use it on dark hole tribute to doom and ante.
And run things like dark core to banish her yubels or headlong for ultimate
