One thing you can do with this is special summon it with rose lover, then you use world tree and then when this monster and it's tokens are destroyed you have three counters on it and you can regenrate it next turn making it hard for your opponent to keep up. By that time you might have a powerful card like rose tentacles and ivy shackles to help destroy your opponent monsters

You can get 1 copy using EX jewels if you actually bother to finish the EX jewel missions.

You're not meant to Normal Summon it. (Though it's worth noting that it had an additional effect in the anime that had it gain ATK equal to the ATK of a monster it was battling, essentially being designed to ram into things.)

I'd expect Yubel will have a copy of Mystic Tomato as a level reward (similar to Weevil's Howling Insect), and cards like Rose Lover obviously exist.

Well what do you expect from a GX era card?

But as already said, we have stuff like Mystic Tomato and Rose Lover.
I think Mystic Tomato is not available yet to players, but maybe it will be through this Yubel event?
