NOTES

The GameA Tier List is primarily based on King of Games decks submitted by users and performance in Tournament.

Tier list

Decks in Tier 1 and 2 are ones that are known to have achieved good success against other decks/players.

Meta decks

Meta decks are decks that are often commonly used by players in PvP. Meta decks will often change depending on newer cards or strategies, so we will keep updating this page often to keep everyone informed of newer decks.

Tier 0

Tier 0 decks are decks that completely dominate a meta and you either play the same deck or a deck that completely counters it (but loses to almost any other deck).

There are currently no Tier 0 decks

Tier 1

These decks are very well rounded. They have ways to deal with almost every deck and have very few weaknesses themselves.

Can u activate a normal trap to response to a quick play spell in damage step? Like u can't activate magician navigation from GY from can u activate a card like treacherous Traphole ?

Only certain types of cards and effects can be activated during the Damage Step.

Spell/Trap Cards and Quick/Quick-like Effects that directly alter the ATK/DEF of a monster(s) (increasing or decreasing ATK/DEF, changing ATK/DEF to a certain amount, switching ATK/DEF values, etc.) can be activated at this timing.

Can u chain windstorm of etaqua Or trech to a quick play like concentrating current or chalice in damage step?

You can only activate cards and effects that change the ATK and/or DEF in the damage step. Everything else does not work. No windstorm, no TTH, no magician's navigation, etc.

Chalice or Current will work because they do directly alter the ATK.

They actually promoted BA to top tier (SS tier). DLM also put it to tier 1. I don't always agree with DLM but BA is really impressive.

Oh so you don't care? Too bad you didn't set up your negate before your fifth summon. Guess I'll activate Nibiru from my hand that I just drew with Maxx C to tribute all your monsters. :)

Oh so you go second and didn't open up any handtrap to interrupt my plays? Guess I'll do 15+ minutes combo to set up my broken generic boss monsters with omni negate.

Oh you didn't drew Kaiju or droplets? Good luck getting through againts my 5 negates on board.

Oh you didn't open up Lightning Storm/Feather duster? Time to flip up some broken floodgates to prevent you playing the game.

Konami should give us more dream tickets. 2 per year is laughable, especially for new players. I mean, instead of 100 gems for legend rank up and the 200 gems "KoG" prize a sr and an ur dream ticket would had been far better. 300 gems (6 packs fgs...) wont help you build a deck you want. This way we could get 2 dream tickets per month. Would that be so disastrous for the konami wallet?

Gad dang it todays meta is just super ridiculous. The D/D/D has a monster that can negate 2/3 of the whole YGO cards and has broken pend skill support, Galaxy has multiple special summons, destroys, and monster effect negates and Odd eyes who can special summon over and over again with quick effect negate destruction that also came with a broken pend skill support. At this point they can unlift the limit for Harpies, Blackwings and Cybers because even with their massive card support pool I don't think they have good chances against these decks even with the best possible combination deck build. Do it Konami! Might as well bring Icarus Attack, Kalut and Cyber Infinity in the game.

It's even worse. You spend 2 months farming for a tier deck and by the time you're done, the deck is hit with a nerf

My advice: always build a deck that you like to play and necessarily a tier deck. In addition, always aim for a deck a yugioh character (protagonist) uses. Sooner or later every main character gets a broken skill to help him. Never go random tier decks because they get powercrept fast.

Konami making all photon players go first against me for 30 games in a row so they can summon their xyz negate

Do we have to continue suffering from Command to the Doom King broken skill for the whole summer? This skill gives ridiculus advantage with 0 drawbacks.
Also burning abyss needs their first hits soon.
