This is a Nephthys Ritual Deck that can utilize Disciple of Nephthys to destroy Geartown and Special Summon Ancient Gear Reactor Dragon.
Similarly to Geartown Turbo, this deck is capable of Summoning multiple 3000 ATK monsters in a single turn, but, thanks to Cerulean Sacred Phoenix of Nephthys, it also has access to monster removal.

Level Augmentation Reveal 1 monster in your hand, then target 1 face-up monster on your side of the field; that target's level increases by the Level of the revealed monster. This skill can be used once per Duel. | Leo |
Activate Disciple of Nephthys's effect by destroying Geartown to then add Cerulean Sacred Phoenix of Nephthys or Devotee of Nephthys from your Deck to your hand. Geartown's effect will trigger, Special Summoning Ancient Gear Reactor Dragon. Since Geartown allows you to Special Summon Reactor Dragon from the Graveyard, you can freely Tribute it to Ritual Summon Cerulean Sacred Phoenix of Nephthys or Devotee of Nephthys before destroying the Field Spell.
Since you don't have to activate or Set Geartown, Cosmic Cyclone will not be able to prevent you from Summoning Ancient Gear Reactor Dragon, but Paleozoic Canadia and Floodgate Trap Hole can still be used to flip Disciple of Nephthys face-down before you can activate its effect.
If you destroy another copy of Disciple of Nephthys to activate its effect, it will allow you to add Rebirth of Nephthys from your Deck to your hand during your next Standby Phase. If you destroy Sacred Phoenix of Nephthys, it will Special Summon itself from the Graveyard during your next Standby Phase, destroying all Spell and Trap Cards on the field.
Since you can search Cerulean Sacred Phoenix of Nephthys via Card of the Soul without even using your Normal Summon, there is no need for Senju of the Thousand Hands in this deck. Sonic Bird, or Gishki Chain, if you feel lucky, can be used to add Rebirth of Nephthys to your hand.
You can add Cerulean Sacred Phoenix of Nephthys to your hand with Disciple of Nephthys or with Card of the Soul if you want to save your Normal Summon for Sonic Bird. Thanks to Level Augmentation, Ritual Summoning this Level 8 monster is relatively easy: increase the Level of Disciple of Nephthys or Sonic Bird by 8 and then Tribute them with Rebirth of Nephthys.
If you Tribute Cerulean Sacred Phoenix of Nephthys with Rebirth of Nephthys, you will get to destroy a card on the field. Note that the destruction effect of Rebirth of Nephthys does not target.
Once per turn, Cerulean Sacred Phoenix allows you to destroy any number of “Nephthys” cards in your hand and/or face-up on your side of the field to destroy an equal amount of monsters your opponent controls. You can destroy a face-up Attack Position Disciple of Nephthys to activate this effect while also getting rid of a liability.
If it was destroyed by battle or card effect, Cerulean Sacred Phoenix of Nephthys will Special Summon itself from the Graveyard during your next Standby Phase (if it was properly Summoned before). Cerulean Phoenix is essentially a better version of the original Sacred Phoenix of Nephthys: better offensive stats, a better revival effect and an additional removal effect.

Beatdown! This turn, the Atk of all Level 5 or higher face-up monsters on your field increases by the number of monsters of Level 5 or higher on your field times 300. | Seto Kaiba |
Even with only a single copy Ancient Gear Reactor Dragon, this deck can generate quite a few unplayable hands, so Restart is possibly the best option you have after Level Augmentation.

Restart Can be used only once after starting hands are dealt. Reveal and redraw your starting hand. Your first Draw will be skipped if you use this Skill. | Jack Atlas |
Beatdown allows your main monsters to get over Koa'ki Meiru Maximus and Ancient Gear Reactor Dragon by themselves without having to trade.
