Tips

Silent Swordsman

Here are the monsters you can special summon from the deck when Silent Swordsman leaves the field. Silent Swordsman LV7 prevents both players from using Spell cards. Silent Swordsman LV5 is sometimes preferable when you still want to activate your own Spell cards while having a monster with protection from Spell cards on the field.

Silent Sword Slash

Silent Swords Slash is a powerful piece of support which gives your Silent Swordsman immunity from all your opponent's card effects and also gives you a large 1500 attack boost. On top of that Silent Sword Slash's activation cannot be negated.
Silent Sword Slash can be banished from the graveyard to search Silent Swordsman out of your deck. You can combo with cards like Cyber Gymnast to destroy an opponent's monster while sending Silent Sword Slash to the graveyard. Search out Silent Swordsman and tribute Cyber Gymnast to summon your searched Silent Swordsman.

At the moment, Silent Magician can perform slightly better than Silent Swordsman in the game. Silent Magician has Spellbooks for a reliable draw engine as well as field control. Silent Swordsman has no favourable archetype just yet. Amazoness might help, but not much with its banlist limitations. Basically it’s a bit harder to draw Silent Swordsman in early game compared to Silent Magician as for now. Also, Silent Swordsman has to rely on that only two copies of SSS to perform well. Silent Swordsman attack buff is tempting but it can be easily removed with Canadia if SSS is not available at hand. LV7 Swordsman literally kills all your spell cards, rendering backrow removals like CC, GC and Night Beam useless. Nonetheless, Silent Swordsman would definitely make a fun and competitive deck but think carefully before investing in that card.

Besides that,2700 is quite a weak attack power weak for a boss monster.

Sss can't be negated by anything like eiz fur for example and lv7 swordsmen can gain sss effect.. and it stops all spell effects means no spell play by opponent it only needs a good draw engine sss makes him better than magician. Now spellbook also got hit

Every time I face these guys they get silent swordsman plus 3 of the quick play spells -.-‘

Impossible, because SSS is now semi-limited. They can't run 3.

effect is wrong this is a hard once per then effect not a do as many as you want, and problem in game where it negates trap effects

Isn't this card's effect too slow for meta? I mean, if you have to wait a turn after another to buff its attack, where is the benefit?

Guess the negation effect is very good, but overall isn't the silent magician better?

Also like I said I can just do it in the damage step you’re literally screwed

Agree with both answers. But that double Canadia means nothing if you can go for game.

Not to mention you also waste a SSA. So you only got one in the deck left after the banlist.

If you dodge that your lvl 7 means nothing with how many backrow people run.

Can't you put this in masked hero deck?

It might be a tech card in a mh dian deck, but not with anki, they’re not the same attribute

Lv 7's effect is counter productive as it negates mask change. If you play lv 5 it will be fine
