Here are the monsters you can special summon from the deck when Silent Swordsman leaves the field. Silent Swordsman LV7 prevents both players from using Spell cards. Silent Swordsman LV5 is sometimes preferable when you still want to activate your own Spell cards while having a monster with protection from Spell cards on the field.
Silent Swords Slash is a powerful piece of support which gives your Silent Swordsman immunity from all your opponent's card effects and also gives you a large 1500 attack boost. On top of that Silent Sword Slash's activation cannot be negated.
Silent Sword Slash can be banished from the graveyard to search Silent Swordsman out of your deck. You can combo with cards like Cyber Gymnast to destroy an opponent's monster while sending Silent Sword Slash to the graveyard. Search out Silent Swordsman and tribute Cyber Gymnast to summon your searched Silent Swordsman.
