    yes the 3 first Cards aren't synchro support but with a Card like vice dragon 3 times in your deck you can really summon nearly every synchro Monster in duel links...

    you Need a tuner of Level 1-3 and you can summon a synchro Monster from Level 6 to 8 in one turn... there are a lot good synchros you can use then. And a Card like Dark Bribe is a very powerful Card to stop you opponents backrow

    From what you have, I personally would go for the backrow staples like Cosmic Cyclone, Galaxy Cyclone, Canadia, and Floodgate. Ties is nice too, since the main box it is in, isn't really worth it to open nowadays.

    Anki is good only if you have 3x Mask Change already. Monsters like Midfielder/Assailant/Gozuki are only if you want to build their deck.

    Rule of thumb: Generic backrow cards can be used in any decks, so prioritize them first. Ties is a great choice too since the box it is in, is not that worth it to open anymore.

    Cards like Anki, Assailant, Midfielder, and Gozuki are great choices only if you are close to finish building their respective decks and just need 1 more copy.

    What is it with alexandrite dragon, I mean don't we already have phantom gryphon and gene warped warwolf with 2000 ATK? Or could it be it's combo with peak for 2200 ATK power...

    Dragon is one of the best type in the Yugioh, so no wonder people want Alexandrite Dragon, and not all the other lv4 2000 ATK 0 DEF monsters.

    Second best would be Megalosmasher X as Dinosaur is a quite well supported Type.
