Blue-Eyes Chaos Max Decklist by BlueDelta

Introduction

This is a deck centered around the skill "Scorns of Ultimate Defeat" by Seto Kaiba (DSOD) to get Blue-Eyes Chaos MAX Dragon onto the field and consequently take away victory.

Skill

[Skill] descriptionUser
Scorns of Ultimate Defeat
Can be used on turn 6 and onwards. Add 1 "Blue-Eyes Chaos MAX Dragon" to top of your Deck. In addition, add "Chaos Form" to your hand from outside of your Deck if your opponent controls monsters with 3500 or higher DEF. This Skill can only be used once per Duel.
Seto Kaiba (DSOD)

Scorns of Ultimate Defeat requires you to stall the Duel until Turn 6, which means it will be either your third turn if the opponent started or your 7th turn in case you went first until you will be able to activate this skill. After using it you need to delay for another turn to draw it (unless you include some sort of draw power into your deck, but that might increase brick potential, which is already quite existent by having to use triple Chaos Form for consistency since pulling it from the skill by facing a 3.5k DEF monster is virtually never going to happen).

Stall

Keeper of the Shrine
Keeper of the Shrine
DARK Dragon ★4
ATK 0 / DEF 2100
Blazing Rose [UR]
This card can be treated as 2 Tributes for the Tribute Summon of a Dragon-Type monster. While this card is in your hand or Graveyard, if a face-up Dragon-Type monster on the field, except "Keeper of the Shrine", is sent to the Graveyard by a card effect or because it was destroyed by battle: You can Special Summon this card, then, if that monster sent to the Graveyard is a Normal Monster, you can add 1 Dragon-Type Normal Monster from your Graveyard to your hand. You can only use this effect of "Keeper of the Shrine" once per turn.
The White Stone of Ancients
The White Stone of Ancients
LIGHT Dragon ★1
ATK 600 / DEF 500
Lords of Shining [UR]
Once per turn, during the End Phase, if this card is in the Graveyard because it was sent there this turn: You can Special Summon 1 "Blue-Eyes" monster from your Deck. You can banish this card from your Graveyard, then target 1 "Blue-Eyes" monster in your Graveyard; add it to your hand. You can only use this effect of "The White Stone of Ancients" once per turn.
Kiteroid
Kiteroid
WIND Machine ★1
ATK 200 / DEF 400
Card Trader [SR]
Tour Guides Mission Bingo Event [SR]
Activate when you discard this card from your hand during damage calculation after a direct attack. Any Battle Damage you would receive from that direct attack becomes 0. Only once, if you remove this card from the game when it is in your Graveyard, any Battle Damage you would receive from a direct attack becomes 0.

Cards like Keeper of the Shrine, The White Stone of Ancients and Kiteroid help in stalling the duel, by providing Special Summons, Defense and direct attack negates.

Majesty with Eyes of Blue
Majesty with Eyes of Blue
Quick Spell
Seto Kaiba at Lvl 38 [SR]
Send 1 "Blue-Eyes" monster from your hand or Deck to the Graveyard, then target 1 face-up monster on the field; while that monster is face-up on the field, it cannot attack. You can only activate 1 Majesty with Eyes of Blue" per turn.

Majesty with Eyes of Blue helps your delay efforts by permanently sealing the attack capabilities of one monster. If given the choice use it on a monster with difficult summoning conditions, as it is kind of a waste if an easy to summon monster gets used for a Synchro Summon or used as cost for any kind of card effect.

Backrow Removal

Dragon Spirit of White
Dragon Spirit of White
LIGHT Dragon ★8
ATK 2500 / DEF 2000
The White Dragon of Legend [SR]
SR Dream Ticket [SR]
(This card is always treated as a "Blue-Eyes" card.)This card is treated as a Normal Monster while in the hand or Graveyard. When this card is Normal or Special Summoned: You can target 1 Spell/Trap Card your opponent controls; banish it. During either player's turn, if your opponent controls a monster: You can Tribute this card; Special Summon 1 "Blue-Eyes White Dragon" from your hand.
Vermillion Dragon Mech
Vermillion Dragon Mech
FIRE Machine ★9
ATK 2700 / DEF 1800
Blazing Rose [UR]
1 Tuner + 1 or more non-Tuner monsters
Once per turn: You can banish 1 Tuner from your hand, field, or Graveyard, then target 1 card on the field; destroy it. If this Synchro Summoned card is destroyed by card effect and sent to the Graveyard: You can target 1 of your banished Tuners; add it to your hand.

Dragon Spirit of White and Vermillion Dragon Mech provide easy options for backrow removal.

Cosmo Brain and Protector with Eyes of Blue can be replaced by cards of your choice, but should fall in line with the theme of the deck.

Other Cards Option

Maiden with Eyes of Blue
Maiden with Eyes of Blue
LIGHT Spellcaster ★1
ATK 0 / DEF 0
Judgement Force [UR]
When this card is targeted for an attack: You can negate the attack, and if you do, change the battle position of this card, then you can Special Summon 1 "Blue-Eyes White Dragon" from your hand, Deck, or Graveyard. During either player's turn, when a card or effect is activated that targets this face-up card (except during the Damage Step): You can Special Summon 1 "Blue-Eyes White Dragon" from your hand, Deck, or Graveyard. You can only use 1 "Maiden with Eyes of Blue" effect per turn, and only once that turn.

Cosmo Brain and Protector with Eyes of Blue can be replaced by cards of your choice but should fall in line with the theme of the deck. Maiden with Eyes of Blue is a valuable option since she can stall and Special Summon Blue-Eyes White Dragon, plus being a Tuner helps in boosting your Synchro plays.

Cards of Consonance
Cards of Consonance
Normal Spell
Selection Box Vol. 03 [UR]
Blackstorm Rising [UR]
Discard 1 Dragon-Type Tuner monster with 1000 or less ATK; draw 2 cards.
The White Stone of Legend
The White Stone of Legend
LIGHT Dragon ★1
ATK 300 / DEF 200
Selection Box Vol. 03 [SR]
Stardust Acceleration [SR]
If this card is sent to the Graveyard: Add 1 "Blue-Eyes White Dragon" from your Deck to your hand.

Cards of Consonance are another good choice since the drawing power helps to thin your deck, with The White Stone of Legend or Stone of Ancients it is essentially a +1 (use two cards two draw cards and search Blue-Eyes White Dragon or Special Summon BEWD or Dragon Spirit of White). If you can save one draw effect or card until the skill is ready to be used you can add Blue-Eyes Chaos MAX Dragon to your hand right away and use it instantly.

Additional Notes

Wall of Disruption
Wall of Disruption
Normal Trap
Servants of Kings [SR]
When an opponent's monster declares an attack: All Attack Position monsters your opponent controls lose 800 ATK for each monster they control.
Drowning Mirror Force
Drowning Mirror Force
Normal Trap
Gaia Genesis [UR]
When an opponent's monster declares a direct attack: Shuffle all Attack Position monsters your opponent controls into the Deck.

Before summoning Blue-Eyes Chaos MAX Dragon, clear the field of back row if possible, prioritizing those without delays, as the last thing you want to happen is to run into a Wall of Disruption or Drowning Mirror Force, which prove to be the most devastating battle traps present in Yu-Gi-Oh! Duel Links.

Now the „only“ thing left to do is to attack for game, preferably on a monster with low DEF value for double piercing damage in case the enemy still has board presence and hope for no Sphere Kuriboh.
