Please note that Structure Deck EX can only be purchased once with gems.

Overview

By far the most powerful cards in this deck are Neos Fusion and NEXT. Neos Fusion is a great play-maker at any stage of the duel by sending to the graveyard any monster you need along with Elemental HERO Neos to make a Fusion monster.
NEXT is a great late game card when your graveyard is already full of Neo-Spacians with Elemental HERO Neos. By doing this you are able to Fusion Summon into more difficult Neos monsters like Elemental HERO Storm Neos, Elemental HERO Chaos Neos, and Elemental HERO Divine Neos.
The next best cards are Neos Space Connector, Elemental HERO Brave Neos, and Elemental HERO Storm Neos. Neos Space Connector can Special Summon Neo-Spacian/Elemental HERO Neos straight from your deck, and then tribute himself to revive a Neospacian/Elemental HERO Neos, making him great for setting up Contact Fusions or Regular Fusions involving Elemental HERO Neos.
Elemental HERO Brave Neos is generally the best monster you can summon with Neos Fusion because of his search effect and not having the "return to Extra Deck" demerit. He also gains a little bit of attack for every Neo-Spacian and HERO monster in your graveyard.
Elemental HERO Storm Neos is just really powerful but held back by his summoning condition. He can be used in a comeback combo when summoned with the monsters revived by NEXT.
On the other hand, this deck contains lots of cards unrelated to it's strategy that should be replaced. Elemental HERO Captain Gold, Hero's Rule 2, and Card Blocker should be replaced first. Than you can replace the anything in the deck to optimize the Fusion Monster you choose to summon.

Why are they releasing this now? We have been waiting for more than one year for a Structure Deck for Zane. Cyber Dragon too powerful they say? You can just release a Structure Deck with CD and CTD as ace card. With no Power Bond or Limiter Removal that deck is not so op, and one can use it with cyber style or no excuses!. CTD of course has 2800 and can attack two times, but it has no protection alone. I think it's about damn time instead of this crap. And this is also an EX deck. The other EX decks were really good, the Spellbook Silent Magician deck persisted for a while, with the Blue Eyes EX SD Arkhana had some play in the meta and with the last AG deck I reached the stage 2 of the KC. But this new deck is trash, I don't see really meta changing cards and I really think that neo-spacian archetype was never a thing in this game. So why bothering in creating this set of cards?

Heroes were never strong. As same like destiny heroes without masked heroes. They need something essential to become meta and that thing should be rainbow neos.

Same thought of mine. Konami even bother release AG that is really good, and in some cases could otk'd some decks. And releasing another such a good struct deck such as Cyber Dragon would be better rather than nerfing AG. So we can see the highest potential of each deck without being limited on certain cards of the decks

At last it is an EX SD which is absolutely not worth it. I can understand that after AG it is difficult to bring something above that level, but this deck is worth nothing. It can see some plays just for fun, but buying 3 copies of it? Not even close. Call me when they release a CD deck. The idea of a starter deck for Pegasus with toons is cool too, like someone said in the comments.

Neo Spacian is one the worst archetype in Yugioh history. Dunno how they think players will be interested to buy this structure deck, especially with no Grand Mole.

you see a dupe of one of the single cards in the deck and you know your opponent spent money
you've already won at that point :)
