Special Summon any number of monsters with different names from your hand and/or GY, in Defense Position, that are all “Neo-Spacian” monsters or “Elemental HERO Neos”, but negate their effects, and as long as you control any of those Special Summoned monsters face-up, you cannot Special Summon monsters from the Extra Deck, except Fusion Monsters. You can only activate 1 "NEXT" per turn. If you control no cards, you can activate this card from your hand.

Load Elemental HERO Neos along with differently named Neo Spacian monsters into your graveyard to revive NEXT. You can do this with cards like That Grass Looks Greener and Lightsworn monsters.
You can use Future Fusion and target Elemental HERO Divine Neos to pitch a bunch of Neo-Spacian monsters with Elemental HERO Neos and some more HEROes into the graveyard.
You can pretty much summon any contact fusion you want as long as you have an Elemental HERO Neos in your hand or graveyard.
If you are in a bad spot and trying to make a comeback, Elemental HERO Storm Neos might be the best option with his backrow nuke and then field nuke when he returns to the extra deck. Elemental HERO Chaos Neos can equally be as destructive but less reliable.
You can Special Summon up to 3 Neo Spacian monsters which nets you 3 draws when you activate Space Gift.
You can use the large number of monsters you Special Summoned with NEXT as tribute for something more powerful.
