Special Summon any number of monsters with different names from your hand and/or GY, in Defense Position, that are all “Neo-Spacian” monsters or “Elemental HERO Neos”, but negate their effects, and as long as you control any of those Special Summoned monsters face-up, you cannot Special Summon monsters from the Extra Deck, except Fusion Monsters. You can only activate 1 "NEXT" per turn. If you control no cards, you can activate this card from your hand.

Pros

  • Swarms your entire field for no cost.
  • Can be activated from the hand when you control no cards.

Cons

  • Cannot use your extra deck for the rest of the turn except for Fusion Summons.
  • Special Summoned monsters are put in defense position.
  • Special Summoned monsters have their effects negated.

Tips

Load Graveyard

Load Elemental HERO Neos along with differently named Neo Spacian monsters into your graveyard to revive NEXT. You can do this with cards like That Grass Looks Greener and Lightsworn monsters.
You can use Future Fusion and target Elemental HERO Divine Neos to pitch a bunch of Neo-Spacian monsters with Elemental HERO Neos and some more HEROes into the graveyard.

Contact Fusion

You can pretty much summon any contact fusion you want as long as you have an Elemental HERO Neos in your hand or graveyard.
If you are in a bad spot and trying to make a comeback, Elemental HERO Storm Neos might be the best option with his backrow nuke and then field nuke when he returns to the extra deck. Elemental HERO Chaos Neos can equally be as destructive but less reliable.

Space Gift

You can Special Summon up to 3 Neo Spacian monsters which nets you 3 draws when you activate Space Gift.

Tribute Fodder

You can use the large number of monsters you Special Summoned with NEXT as tribute for something more powerful.

Activating from hand is awesome.

This was DL's first hand trap that's a literal trap card, and unfortunately is also the least popular one, due to being tied to an archetype way worse than Blackwings.

90% of the archetypes are way worse than Blackwings.

This card saved me so many times from an OTK and people don't expect it (yet).
It also enables interesting neos wrath plays and cleans the field bevor you even normal summoned

Was used by someone from his hand during the first turn which is my turn in fact.Is that possible?

Of course it is. It's highly unlikely they controlled any cards at that point.

But since you are getting the 1st turn, he will not have any target in the GY and will need to use monster in his hand instead.

There are other cards that can be used from hand before the turn for that player comes like this one.
Skull Meister & Typhoon is some example that we already have in DL.

That's how all hand traps works.

This one just happens to be a literal trap card.

Grandmole is on artwork yet we don't have it in duel links

Eh, it's not like this is the first card in DL whose artwork feature a monster we don't have yet.

It's not even the first card in Duel Links that features GRAND MOLE, it's the third.

This card is actually pretty good, being able to save a player by summoning previous neo-spacian cards and neos itself gives the deck a viable comeback option.
