Must first be Special Summoned (from your Extra Deck) by shuffling the above cards you control into the Deck. (You do not use "Polymerization".) Once per turn: You can destroy all Spell and Trap Cards on the field. During the End Phase: Shuffle this card into the Extra Deck. When this card is shuffled into the Extra Deck this way: Shuffle all cards on the field into the Deck.

Strong ATK stats.
Can destroy all Spell/Trap cards on the field.
When this card returns to Extra Deck, it can return all the cards on the field back to the owner’s deck.

Cons

Requires 3 specific monsters to perform Contact Fusion.
Returns to Extra Deck during your End Phase. Monsters used for Contact Fusion does not return to field.

Tips

Although the effect of returning to Extra Deck may seem dangerous, but it is also a strategic move because Storm Neos can return all the cards on the field back to your opponent’s deck. If your opponent is left with little cards in their hands, it is very hard for them to make a comeback.

Neo-spacian support

Neo Space

You have to use this card to keep Storm Neos on the field. It also grants a 500 ATK boost to all your Fusion Neo-spacian heroes.

Instant Neo Space

Equipped Fusion monster does not return to Extra deck and End Phase. If the equipped monster leaves the field, special summon Elemental HERO Neos from hand, Deck or Graveyard.

It is the recommended combo to swarm your opponent’s with HERO’s bond spell, then use R-Righteous Justice to eliminate their backrow. Hero Barrier is also excellent in protecting your Storm Neos.

As it is not a proper Fusion Summoning, not just because both monsters must be on the field and returned to the deck, but also because there is no Fusion card involved. Its just a regular Special Summon.

Fusion substitute materials cannot be used in contact fusions because it's not Fusion Summon, it's just a built-in special summon of a Fusion Monster from the Extra deck.

3 Blazeman, 1 Necroshade, 3 Neo space Pathfinder, 2/3 Neos and those weak Neospacians. For S/T 3 Neospace, 2 O-Oversoul, and staple for the rest of the deck. At least it will work in PVE.
