You can use Convert Contact to load Neo-Spacian Dark Panther, Neo-Spacian Glow Moss, and Elemental HERO Neos into your graveyard. With them in your graveyard you can activate Miracle contact to return them to the deck and Summon Elemental HERO Chaos Neos with an eased cost.
Use Second Coin Toss to try and get a better result especially if you flip only one heads.
Neospace will stop your Elemental HERO Chaos Neos and other Neos contact fusion monsters from returning to the extra deck during the End Phase. Instant Neo-Space can be equipped so that Elemental HERO Chaos Neos does not return to the extra deck. And if the Equipped monster leaves the field, which is helpful when you flip only one heads, you can Special summon Elemental HERO Neos.
