Does second coin toss work with last gamble? Has anyone tried?

I got 3 of them and was really hyped.
But it's not that good to be honest. I play it in aburn deck with time wizard, cup of ace and Abare Ushioni. If I get a god hand I winn all the time but with "normal" starting hands the deck isn't really consistent...

Try to use "balance" skill and make your deck in order to get like 2 monster and 3 magic cards

is it easier to get form lvl 30 since it cost less red keys meaning more times to duel him?
