Or Masked Hero decks. Fusion Summon something, hit the opponent with it, then Mask Change it.

Not only you get another attack, but also, the Masked Hero will stay on the field since the selfdestruct from this card only applies to the Fusion monster that this card summoned. The Masked Hero does not inherit that part.

Why can't I Fusion Summon Gatling Dragon with any 2 monsters on the field with my Flash Fusion? Shouldn't I be able to summon any Fusion monster that can be special summoned with Flash Fusion if I have enough monster cards on the field?

The monsters on the field still has to match the requirements for the fusion monster you're trying to summon you moronic 🔥. flash fusion never said that you can just fusion anything you want.
Maybe one day konami will make a fusion card that caters to your brain-dead "logic".

It's worded in the exact same way as literally every other Fusion Summoning card that uses material. There is no logical reason to assume you can just use any random-ass monster. It doesn't even specify how many monsters to use if that were true, so there really is no logic to assuming that.

Too bad most of opponents just surrender as soon as they see flash fusion. They do not like that extra damage lol

I have the same problem.. even if i control 3 monsters for the fusion it doesnt work, all 3 dragon type, still doesnt work.. why?

Guys, its a quickplay poly. It doesnt mean u can randomly use any monster. The fusion material must be the correct one. If it was a fusion substitute such as Dark hex sealed fusion, then it should work. Ex: u can use blazeman and dark hex sealed fusion in the battle phase using this card to summon Red-eyes slash.

I have tried to summon the Arcana Knight Joker with the flash fusion, but it didn't work. Is there some kind of bug?

of course polymerization is way better than this card since it can only fusion monster when its on the field. But the best use of this card is after you attack two monster chain this card to fusion them to get additional attack since its a quick play card. But chances to have the two fusion materials on the field is relatively LOW!!
