You need to control 3 monsters on your side of the field. Then flash fusion and it should work.
But with a BEUD you're better of with stein in a fairy deck. Just my 2cents.
Guys, its a quickplay poly. It doesnt mean u can randomly use any monster. The fusion material must be the correct one. If it was a fusion substitute such as Dark hex sealed fusion, then it should work. Ex: u can use blazeman and dark hex sealed fusion in the battle phase using this card to summon Red-eyes slash.
