Fusion your monster> Battle phase > attack with your fusion moster > De fusion > special summon these material > attack with them > flash fusion > attack again.

That's actually ridiculously good, especially cause it's a quick play spell.

Not quite. The chances that you will do real damage with the fusion materials/substitutes before fusioning them are minimal since everyone uses high atack monsters.
