Why are they releasing this now? We have been waiting for more than one year for a Structure Deck for Zane. Cyber Dragon too powerful they say? You can just release a Structure Deck with CD and CTD as ace card. With no Power Bond or Limiter Removal that deck is not so op, and one can use it with cyber style or no excuses!. CTD of course has 2800 and can attack two times, but it has no protection alone. I think it's about damn time instead of this crap. And this is also an EX deck. The other EX decks were really good, the Spellbook Silent Magician deck persisted for a while, with the Blue Eyes EX SD Arkhana had some play in the meta and with the last AG deck I reached the stage 2 of the KC. But this new deck is trash, I don't see really meta changing cards and I really think that neo-spacian archetype was never a thing in this game. So why bothering in creating this set of cards?

I almost never see any Japanese players use eheroes and neos in ranked. It is almost always just destiny/anki/vision, usually with Aster Phoenix as their character. I don't think they love them enough to always just be satisfied with bad support for them.

Liking an Archetype doesn't mean you only use that one Archetype. Man I love Cloudians and ALiens, their design, concept and playstyle around putting counters on the board. But they're both terrible in the meta game atm. Of course I won't use them to climb lol

The Japs love HEROES. There's a reason why there's a random HERO card splashed into a lot of boxes even if they're bad. The Japs will still buy them.

Cyber dragons are also very popular among Japanese players. So where is all the random support splashed around in boxes for them? Konami could have made so much money...

Probably, since there are more of them. It just feels like cyber dragons are taking a little too long, though. Maybe more will come with Zexal for their higher generation cards.

If it's not EX than it's ok, it's simply a deck not worth investing in. Cyber Dragons and Ancient Gears are my favourite archetypes, I simply don't get why we can't have CD because their first appearance was in January 2018.

As a KOG player every season, I don't care if every cards they released is meta-changing. Having fun is more important to me. And this Ex deck is really cool. So... You're not alone.

I don't understand why you guys think that this deck won't be good. Every structure deck we've gotten in game have become tier decks. This one will be no different. Watch and see what happens cuz when this deck becomes a tier deck then all who doubt it will be sorry. It may even be KOG worthy. Heroes have been strong before. About the other stuff, idk what konami is doing as far as the game itself

Heroes were never strong. As same like destiny heroes without masked heroes. They need something essential to become meta and that thing should be rainbow neos.

Same thought of mine. Konami even bother release AG that is really good, and in some cases could otk'd some decks. And releasing another such a good struct deck such as Cyber Dragon would be better rather than nerfing AG. So we can see the highest potential of each deck without being limited on certain cards of the decks

At last it is an EX SD which is absolutely not worth it. I can understand that after AG it is difficult to bring something above that level, but this deck is worth nothing. It can see some plays just for fun, but buying 3 copies of it? Not even close. Call me when they release a CD deck. The idea of a starter deck for Pegasus with toons is cool too, like someone said in the comments.
