Jinzo by himself is sufficient to beat Odion if you manage to get him on the field.
Jinzo Jector gives you an quick and easy way to summon Jinzo. Summon Jinzo Jector when Odion has any card on the field cause it is most likely a Trap Card. Tribute Jinzo Jector to add Jinzo to your hand and immediately Special Summon him.
If Jinzo is already on your field you can instead use Jinzo Jector to search out Jinzo Lord.
Sometime in the Duel you will summon X-Head Cannon and Z-Metal Tank. Equip Z-Metal Tank to the X-Cannon Head and keep them on your field.
Use Shard of Greed and White Elephant's Gift to draw into your deck. Do not use the X-Head Cannon equipped with Z-Metal Tank as cost for White Elephant's Gift.
On your final turn, Normal Summon Gravekeeper's Vassal and use 2 Union Attacks on him. Odion only has Trap Cards which he cannot activate, so you can attack directly.
