Master of Destiny
When you toss a coin, the results will always be heads for the first 3 coin tosses.
This Skill can only activate if you begin the duel with a deck that has 7 or more cards with different names that require coin tosses.

How to Play

Star Seraph Monsters

Star Seraph Scepter
Star Seraph Scepter
LIGHT Fairy ★4
ATK 1800 / DEF 400
Infinite Ray [UR]
When this card is Normal or Special Summoned: You can add 1 "Star Seraph" monster from your Deck to your hand, except "Star Seraph Scepter". An Xyz Monster that was Summoned using 3 or more monsters, including this card on the field, as Xyz Materials gains this effect.
● When it is Xyz Summoned: You can target 1 other card on the field; destroy it, and if you do, you can draw 1 card.

Normal Summon Scepter to fetch another Star Seraph monster, usually Sovereignty. The problem of this deck is this is often all you can do during the first turn. Ending your turn with only Scepter onboard is not good so we run a lot of backrow to compensate.

Using Specter as Xyz material gives you extra card advantage by destroying any enemy card and giving you a free draw.

Star Seraph Scout
Star Seraph Scout
LIGHT Fairy ★4
ATK 1200 / DEF 1800
Infinite Ray [R]
When this card is Normal Summoned: You can Special Summon 1 "Star Seraph" monster from your hand.

Scout gives you a more solid first turn field presence. If you also have Scepter on hand, you can Special Summon it with Scout's effect and trigger the search while also ending your turn on a Rank-4 Xyz.

Star Seraph Sovereignty
Star Seraph Sovereignty
LIGHT Fairy ★4
ATK 800 / DEF 2000
Infinite Ray [SR]
Cannot be used as an Xyz Material for an Xyz Summon, except for an Xyz Summon that uses 3 or more monsters as Xyz Materials. If you Normal or Special Summon a "Star Seraph" monster(s), except during the Damage Step: You can Special Summon this card from your hand, and if you do, draw 1 card, then you can Special Summon it if it is a "Star Seraph" monster.

Sovereignty is a good field extender, giving you an extra monster to make a Rank-4 Xyz with 3 materials. However, you can only use it to make the Rank-4 Xyz that require at least 3 materials so having only it and Scepter on hand is only good for resource gain and won't net you any Xyz monsters.

Coin Toss

Arcana Force XIV - Temperance
Arcana Force XIV - Temperance
LIGHT Fairy ★6
ATK 2400 / DEF 2400
Sartorius Kumar Unlock Event [SR]
During damage calculation, in either player's turn: You can discard this card; you take no Battle Damage from that battle. When this card is Summoned: Toss a coin and apply this effect. The effect lasts while this card is face-up on the field.● Heads: Halve all Battle Damage you take.● Tails: Halve all Battle Damage your opponent takes.

Temperance is not worth summoning but he is a good survival option to keep on hand. Similar to Kiteroid, he reduces battle damage to 0 allowing you to survive lethal attacks.

Kryuel
Kryuel
DARK Fiend ★4
ATK 1000 / DEF 1700
Tag Duel Event
Tour Guide's Mission Bingo Event
When this card is sent to the Graveyard as a result of battle, toss a coin and call it. If you call it right, destroy 1 monster on your opponent's side of the field.

Kryuel has simple destruction removal effect upon being destroyed by battle. However, it should be noted that this effect does not target so it can bypass some protection effects.

You can crash Kryuel into an opponent's monster to manually activate its effect.

Time Wizard
Time Wizard
LIGHT Spellcaster ★2
ATK 500 / DEF 400
Joey Wheeler [SR]
Once per turn: You can toss a coin and call it. If you call it right, destroy all monsters your opponent controls. If you call it wrong, destroy as many monsters you control as possible, and if you do, you take damage equal to half the total ATK those destroyed monsters had on the field.

This makes Time Wizard a good comeback option if your opponent's field is filled with monsters.

Ms. Judge
Ms. Judge
LIGHT Fiend ★4
ATK 1800 / DEF 600
Revolution Beginning [N]
If an opponent's card effect activates, before resolving that effect, toss a coin twice, and if the result is 2 Heads, negate that effect. You can only use this effect of "Ms. Judge" once per turn.

Negates any opponent card effect but, since you can only use it once per turn and your opponent will see Ms. Judge on the field, the negation effect can easily be baited. Also, the negation effect uses 2 coin tosses, quickly burning through your Master of Destiny chances.

Therefore it is best to only summon Ms. Judge when you run out of Master of Destiny to be a decent beater onboard. The chance of negation can occasionally disrupt your opponent by forcing them to play around it.

Cup of Ace (Pot of Greed)

Cup of Ace
Cup of Ace
Normal Spell
Standard Duelist [N]
Toss a coin:
● Heads: Draw 2 cards.
● Tails: Your opponent draws 2 cards.

Master of Destiny literally turns Cup of Ace into Pot of Greed, drastically increasing this Deck’s consistency

Fiend Comedian

Fiend Comedian
Fiend Comedian
Normal Trap
Sartorius Kumar Lvl 45 [UR]
Toss a coin and call it. If you call it right, all of your opponent's cards in the Graveyard are removed from play immediately. If you call it wrong, send a number of cards equal to the number of cards in your opponent's Graveyard from your Deck to your Graveyard.

A great tech against graveyard effects and to prevent your opponent from recycling cards. If Master of Destiny is active, always call heads. However, this card can be risky to use without Master of Destiny because, unlike other decks, this deck cannot make use of graveyard setup.

Head Judgement

Head Judging
Head Judging
Continuous Trap
Joey Wheeler (DSOD) Unlock Event - Memories of a Friend [UR]
When a monster on the field activates its effect: You can make the activating player toss a coin and call it. If they call it right, send this card to the GY. If they call it wrong, negate that effect's activation, and if you do, change control of that monster to their opponent. You can only use this effect of "Head Judging" once per turn.

The wording of this card's effect is kind of confusing but essentially the player who owns the monster gets to call the coin toss. Also, since the opponent tosses the coin in response to their monster's effect, this doesn't use up Master of Destiny.

Activate Head Judging in response to an opponent's powerful monster effect. You get a chance to negate their monster effect and steal the monster. This also applies when your monster's effect is activated, but as long as you still have Master of Destiny active you should be fine.

Extra Deck

Number C39: Utopia Ray
Number C39: Utopia Ray
LIGHT Warrior ★4
ATK 2500 / DEF 2000
Infinite Ray [UR]
3 Level 4 LIGHT monsters
You can also Xyz Summon this card by using a "Number 39: Utopia" you control as the Xyz Material. (Xyz Materials attached to that monster also become Xyz Materials on this card.) You can detach 1 Xyz Material from this card; it gains 500 ATK and 1 monster your opponent controls loses 1000 ATK, until the End Phase. You must have 1000 Life Points or less to activate and to resolve this effect.

Utopia Ray can be summoned by using a single Utopia as material. Do this when you're going on the offensive, effectively exchanging Utopia's protection effect for Utopia Ray's ATK manipulation.

Number 32: Shark Drake
Number 32: Shark Drake
WATER Fish ★4
ATK 2800 / DEF 2100
Shark Fang [UR]
3 Level 4 monsters
Once per turn, when this attacking card destroys an opponent's monster by battle and sends it to the Graveyard: You can detach 1 Xyz Material from this card; Special Summon the destroyed monster to your opponent's side of the field in face-up Attack Position, also it loses 1000 ATK, and if you do Summon this way, this card can make a second attack during this Battle Phase.
Number 39: Utopia
Number 39: Utopia
LIGHT Warrior ★4
ATK 2500 / DEF 2000
Shining Hope [UR]
2 Level 4 monsters
When any player's monster declares an attack: You can detach 1 Xyz Material from this card; negate the attack. When this card is targeted for an attack, while it has no Xyz Materials: Destroy this card.

A good flexible option to make on your first turn. Utopia's protection effect can be used to defend against enemy attacks. And later you can switch Utopia into Utopia Ray.

Evilswarm Ouroboros
Evilswarm Ouroboros
DARK Dragon ★4
ATK 2750 / DEF 1950
Selection Box Vol.04 [SR]
3 Level 4 monstersOnce per turn: You can detach 1 Xyz Material from this card, then activate 1 of these effects. Each effect can only be used once while this card is face-up on the field.
● Target 1 card your opponent controls; return that target to the hand.
● Send 1 random card from your opponent's hand to the Graveyard.
● Target 1 card in your opponent's Graveyard; banish that target.
Vylon Disigma
Vylon Disigma
LIGHT Fairy ★4
ATK 2500 / DEF 2100
Rage of Volcano [SR]
3 Level 4 monsters
Once per turn: You can detach 1 Xyz Material from this card to target 1 face-up Attack Position Effect Monster your opponent controls; equip that target to this card. At the start of the Damage Step, if this card battles a monster whose Attribute is the same as a card equipped by this effect: Destroy that monster.

Disigma is generally the best Rank-4 to make with 3 materials. Its absorption effect is a great form of removal and gives it great a advantage over any monster of that attribute. Many archetypes are composed of a single attribute of monsters, making Disigma quite potent against them.

Stellarknight Delteros
Stellarknight Delteros
LIGHT Warrior ★4
ATK 2500 / DEF 2100
Shining Hope [UR]
3 Level 4 monsters
While this card has Xyz Material, your opponent cannot activate cards or effects when you Normal or Special Summon a monster(s). Once per turn: You can detach 1 Xyz Material from this card, then target 1 card on the field; destroy it. If this card is sent from the field to the Graveyard: You can Special Summon 1 "tellarknight" monster from your hand or Deck.

Because Disigma is arguably superior to Delteros at removing enemy monsters, Delteros' role would mostly be for removing problematic backrow. Delteros also protects your monsters against the prevalent Floodgate Trap Hole.

Other Cards Option

Other Extra Decks

Diamond Dire Wolf
Diamond Dire Wolf
EARTH Beast ★4
ATK 2000 / DEF 1200
Voltage of the Metal [SR]
2 Level 4 monsters
Once per turn: You can detach 1 Xyz Material from this card, then target 1 Beast, Beast-Warrior, or Winged Beast-Type monster you control and 1 other card on the field; destroy them.

Dire Wolf is your generic removal option if you don't have access to Delteros or Disigma. Dire Wolf destroys any opponent's card along with itself.

Number 50: Blackship of Corn
Number 50: Blackship of Corn
DARK Plant ★4
ATK 2100 / DEF 1500
Voltage of the Metal [SR]
2 Level 4 monsters
Once per turn: You can detach 1 Xyz Material from this card, then target 1 face-up monster your opponent controls with ATK less than or equal to this card's; send it to the Graveyard, and if you do, inflict 1000 damage to your opponent. This card cannot attack the turn you activate this effect.

We use Blackship of Corn mainly because of its burn damage. Use this when the opponent controls a low-ATK monster, to deal a significant amount of damage. The effect does not destroy so it's a good way to deal with Ritual Beast Ulti-Pettlephin.

Number 91: Thunder Spark Dragon
Number 91: Thunder Spark Dragon
LIGHT Dragon ★4
ATK 2400 / DEF 2000
Infinite Ray [SR]
3 Level 4 monstersOnce per turn, you can activate 1 of these effects.
● Detach 3 Xyz Materials from this card; destroy all other face-up monsters on the field.
● Detach 5 Xyz Materials from this card; destroy all cards your opponent controls.
Kachi Kochi Dragon
Kachi Kochi Dragon
EARTH Dragon ★4
ATK 2100 / DEF 1300
Tag Duel Tournament [Nov 2020] [UR]
2 Level 4 monsters
Once per turn, when this card destroys an opponent's monster by battle and sends it to the Graveyard: You can detach 1 Xyz Material from this card; it can attack once again in a row.
Maestroke the Symphony Djinn
Maestroke the Symphony Djinn
DARK Fiend ★4
ATK 1800 / DEF 2300
Shark Fang [UR]
2 Level 4 monsters
Once per turn: You can detach 1 Xyz Material from this card, then target 1 face-up Attack Position monster your opponent controls; change it to face-down Defense Position. If a "Djinn" Xyz Monster you control would be destroyed, you can detach 1 Xyz Material from that monster instead.
Constellar Omega
Constellar Omega
LIGHT Beast-Warrior ★4
ATK 2400 / DEF 500
Infinite Ray [R]
2 Level 4 LIGHT monsters
Once per turn, during either player's turn: You can detach 1 Xyz Material from this card; all "Constellar" monsters you currently control are unaffected by Spell/Trap effects this turn.

Summon Constellar Omega for a beater immune to enemy backrow.
