When a Spell/Trap Card, or monster effect, is activated: Reveal 1 Counter Trap in your hand, then discard 1 card and pay 1000 LP; negate the activation, and if you do, shuffle that card into the Deck. Then, you can Special Summon 1 "Parshath" monster from your Deck or Extra Deck.

Sometimes the card won’t activate. I’ll use it against Karma cuts my turn reveal magic drain. Discard random monsters. Effects activates. Next turn opponent activate his other karma cuts. Nothing happens my monster is removed from play.

You probably just forgot you set the card this turn. Traps cant be activated the turn they were set. I am so bored answering the same question over and over and over....

He's right. Either this card is bugged or simply doesn't work against activations that aren't the initial card activation(think Odion's Chain Reaction ability trigger). I couldn't activate this against Dark Magic Circle nor Magician's Robe when both were already on the on field. Doesn't seem to work on "you can" effects.

Banish face-down > put back into deck > banish face-up > send to GY > return to hand > leave it on the field

Sometimes the effect of summoning won’t activate, as in it won’t ask if I want to summon from my extra deck

The summon can only happen if the card you negated actually goes back into the owners deck.

for example plaguespread zombie can be special summoned from the grave BUT ''BANISH it when removed from the field''

so if I negate it with rebirth then it wont go back into the deck, so im not allowed to summon a parshath

I agree sometimes it work, and sometimes it don't. I know how to read and negate and shuffle.

It works as intended. Share a replay if you have any specific questions because they are too many scenarios where this card doesn't let you special summon a monster. One of them is already mentioned.

Candend

Combo this card when any of your parshath monster inflict battle damage except the synchro one. Negate its effect then shuffle it into the deck then resummon it again via this card's effect for 2 attacks!

You have to have another counter trap in hand+ discarding a card+ paying 1000LP, as a result the negated card is sent back to the deck!
I think if it had the following effect( when a spell/trap,or monster effect is activated pay 1000LP OR discard one card,negate the activation and if you do banish it, then you can special summon one parshath monster from your deck or extra deck) it would be an UR!

Hello.
Please, if you desire to negate any card effect using"Rebirth of parshath",
you should be aware that you cannot use the effect of special summoning if you negated a card effect that leaves it's place( That means the place where the activation occurred )!!
For example, if you negated sphere kuriboh,you will be unable to special summon because it's activated in the hand and discarded itself to the GY!!

Two questions:
Why even though I have multiple Parshath in the deck, sometimes I’m not asked to special summon. Is there a timing I’m missing? Does negating in the damage step prevent the summon?

Also, I’ve negated my own monster’s effect (Ryko) to special summon a parshath before, however I just negated my own spell (Cards From The Sky) and I didn’t get prompted to special summon. Is this a bug, or am I missing something?

Madolche effects in the graveyard can be countered and special summon occurs. Dont see what is the difference between that and Sphere Kuriboh

If a card is activated from the hand and gets countered you don't get to special summon because the card in the hand and the card in the grave are considered different entities. I know it makes little sense but that's how the game rules it.

Im also wondering if it doesnt work on flip effexts because they were already destroyed by battle and cant be sent to the deck. Odd that this is how the game is ruling it.

When you attack a monster that has a flip effect with high attack, the monster will activate it's flip effect, then it will get destroyed( if you negated it's effect using"Rebirth of parshath" you will be unable to special summon, and it's because the negated monster left the field to the GY!!
The card effect that you negated should stay in its place( the place where the activation occurred )!!

this card is so broken no way to play around it in most decks needs a limit if not banned

You need too many Counter Traps in your deck to make this card viable. It's not really good at all. Plus, you need to waste some Extra Deck (or Main Deck) spots for Parshath cards which most decks cannot afford.
