Use Cerberus with bamboo and other draw cards like into the void and cup of ace to beat him early. Chazz unlocks “draw sense: low level”, so use that to get Cerberus in your hand if he doesn’t start there
I have never farmed him, only auto duels from the beginning of the event... I have 3x of each card and a prismatic Zwei.
Farming this duelists is only a waste of time, unless you are farming also for skills.
I have like 3 zwei but zero plants. I think there is just one card thats ridiculous to get. he won't drop plant no matter what I do, even with a frequent 5-6k score

Dam dude... I was just farming with Dark Paladin and it was going so nicely, I had extra junk in my hand ready to negate fusion spells and then when there's 2 cards left the dude uses "The Light-Hex-Sealed Fusion" to bust out a "Cyber End Dragon"...
Gotta find a way around that one now...
This, by ruling, isn't possible, as Cyber End Dragon MUST be summoned with the above monsters (3 Cyber Dragons), as stated directly on it's text. I'm not sure if it's a bug or what, but this has never happened to me.
I had the same problem but if u have a dark paladin out he tends to only set the hex fusion in defense mode. So i just attack any thing he sets. Just make sure u don't let him have more then three light in the grave. Also i noticed that if he has two cyber out and sets a monster after its not hex fusion so just let them all set there
Compared to the other roaming duelists, Zane just keeps giving me junk so far. And since I don't have decks built for the other GX characters right now, I have to keep watching Aster be a jerk to this guy, and I'm getting tempted to just make him lose to Zane once just to shut him up.
