Yeah but who the hell would run Galaxy Photon skill for Cyber Dragon deck

I mean, not even the sub-optimal build for Cyber Dragon deck use Cyber Laser Dragon......there's a better skill and a better character to run Cyber Dragons with.

Can anyone tell if this card's bugged or I don't know how this works? I've managed to summon 2 CyDra (most of the time only 1 real CyDra-rest are named by effect) but this cards wont activated...

You cannot use proto cyber from skill to tribute except for fusion material. For cydra zwei you should active its effect to makw its name become cyber dragon on the field. Sorry bad english

This page didn't say where to get this card, if anyone wants to know it's a possible reward for Zane level 30 at the gate.

Proto-Cyber Dragons summoned by Cyber Style cannot be Tributed. That includes for spells and Traps.
