Both players draw 1 card.

Cons

Does not destroy the card that deals effect damage, if that card is a monster or continuous Spell/Trap.
Can be situational to activate its effect.

Tips

Overall unfavorable effects, we will not see much usage of this card as we have better options in effect damage negation already.
