About half of the cards in this structure deck have no relation at all to the Red-Eyes archetype, and are instead generic Normal Monster and Fusion support. But the ones that are actually part of the Red-Eyes archetype are great cards.
Red-Eyes Wyvern, Red-Eyes Slash Dragon, and Cards of the Red-Stone are reprints from previous sets, but are not bad cards themselves. Especially Red-Eyes Slash Dragon whose protection effect is still relevant.
Red-Eyes Archfiend of Lightning is great not only for Red-Eyes Decks but can also be fit into Archfiend Decks or other DARK/Fiend themed decks. With his powerful effect, you may even build your deck around him.
For Toon Deck players, the two copies of Red-Eyes Toon Dragon is worth buying this structure deck at least once. Red-Eyes Toon Dragon provides Toon Decks with an alternative to their costly summoning conditions which will help them maintain resources.
Red-Eyes Retro Dragon and Return of the Red-Eyes are great revival options in a Red-Eyes Deck. Given that they revive for free and both of them technically have the ability to revive multiple Monsters, there is little reason for a Red-Eyes player not to get them.
With the recent popularity of Neos Fusion pitching monsters directly from the deck, this structure deck contains a card with similar abilities in the form of Red-Eyes Fusion. However Red-Eyes Fusion is more restrictive with summoning other monsters the turn you activate it. It also lacks the ranged of fusion materials you can pitch to the graveyard with only Red-Eyes Slash Dragon being it's best target, compared to Neos Fusion which has Elemental HERO Brave Neos and Elemental HERO Neos Knight. Lastly, it lacks the protection effect offered by Neos Fusion, instead having a second effect that changes the Fusion Monster's name into Red-Eyes B. Dragon.
