Pros

  • Can attack directly.
  • Can Special Summon other Toon Monsters from your hand.

Cons

  • Cannot attack the turn he is summoned.
  • Can be costly to summon because of high-level.

Tips

  • Unlike other Toon monsters, Red-Eyes Toon Dragon has no Special Summoning restriction.
  • Red-Eyes Toon Dragon also does not require Toon World to be on the field, and is not destroyed when Toon World is destroyed.

Red-Eyes Support

Lots of Red-Eyes cards are able to revive Red-Eyes Toon Dragon in ever he is sent to the graveyard. Red-Eyes Insight can send Red-Eyes Toon Dragon
from deck to the graveyard for you to then revive with the Spell/Trap cards you searched.

Toon Monsters

Here are the strongest Toon Monsters you can Special Summon with Red-Eyes Toon Dragon's effect.

Toon Support

Toon monsters have excellent Spell Card support. Toon Table of Contents can search out Red-Eyes Toon Dragon or any card with Toon in it's name. Mimicat can be used to get any card in your opponent's graveyard and use it for yourself. Toon Rollback gives lets Red-Eyes Toon Dragon attack twice, which can lead to an OTK if you attack directly. Finally, Toon Kingdom acts as Toon World and makes your Toon Monsters practically indestructible.

It’s not a bad card but just clunky to summon. The main way is to use red eyes insight to dump it in the graveyard and then use spritit to bring it back but drawing into red eyes or spirit before insight is a brick.

Cancer . Toon red eyes pay2win

Except, this isn't an EX deck, so no $$$ necessary.

You get 2 copies in the deck. If you only got 1, it'd have been a crappy move on their part, given a Toon player doesn't care about any of the other cards in the Deck.

There is a ancient gear toon too

Yeah but it's not in the RE structure deck for obvious reason.

Does Pegasus have line for this or Jounouchi?

Won't surprise me if both of them have the line. Zane has a line for Toon Cyber Dragon and Crowler has a line for Toon Ancient Gear Golem.

Although, does Yami Yugi have a line for Toon DMG? What about Kaiba with Blue-Eyes Toon Dragon?

To confirm, both of them don’t. There’s no voicelines in the files and don’t think they’ll record new ones.

I'm still holding out hope they'll eventually go back and record new lines for the earlier characters. The starting, pre-Pegasus lineup in particular has very few voice lines, especially compared to characters like Jesse that have basically every card they've ever looked at or are related to a card they've looked at voiced.

Heck even Jaden is still missing a few lines.

This card, being one of the newer Toons, does not need Toon World to remain on the field, although it would be essentially a vanilla without Toon World.

I wouldn't say it's essentially a vanilla. It only loses its direct attack effect without Toon World. It can still Summon Toons, and since it ignores the Summoning conditions, can even Summon something like Blue-Eyes Toon Dragon without Toon World.

Is there better to summon it, in toon deck?

Red-Eyes Spirit is probably your best bet. Yeah, it's slow, but Insight sets it up. Shame we're not getting The Black Stone of Legend, that'd have probably been the best way to Summon it.

I guess you could try Tribute Doll also. Not sure how viable that would be, but you do also have Toon Barrel Dragon as another option to Summon with it.
