(This card is always treated as an "Archfiend" card.)
Cannot be Normal Summoned/Set. Cannot be Special Summoned unless you control "Toon World". Must first be Special Summoned (from your hand) by Tributing the same number of monsters needed for a Tribute Summon (normally 1). This card cannot attack the turn it is Special Summoned. You must pay 500 Life Points to declare an attack with this monster. If "Toon World" on the field is destroyed, destroy this card. This card can attack your opponent directly, unless they control a Toon Monster. If they do control one, this card must target a Toon Monster for its attacks.

E.g. Red eyes Toon dragon can summon toon monsters, regardless of their initial requirements.

You cannot buy two the same day. If you did buy a "shiny" version, you basically upgraded the existing one.

I feel as if this card can have the potential to be ridiculous.

2500 Attack points make it hard to defeat, especially since it's only a level 6 monster. It can bypass enemy defences and attack directly.

Heck, with a card like Toon Rollback, you can perform a potential OTK.

What makes it even more ridiculous is that it is complimented by Toon Mermaid's ability to special summon itself instantly on the field.
