This card sometimes doesnt work.

Minicat only lets me summon monsters not spells and traps, why?

You guys forgot that it only works if you have a toon monster that can be special summoned

And you also can't activate it if you only have one open spell/trap zone left. In other words, you can only have toon world out and nothing else on your spell/trap zones.

Huh, I just tried it again and it works. For some reason it didn't work one time when I had Toon Summoned Skull and Toon World, one open monster zone and spell/trap zone, and my opponent had plenty of monsters and spells in his graveyard.
