When this card is activated: Banish 3 cards from the top of your Deck, face-down. This card's name becomes "Toon World" while in the Field Zone. Your opponent cannot target Toon monsters you control with card effects. If a Toon monster(s) you control would be destroyed by battle or card effect, you can banish 1 card from the top of your Deck, face-down, for each of those monster(s) instead.

If you read the card*

Actually, there are quite a number of cards that affect one monster without targeting it.

Onslaught is one example, Spellbook of Fate is another example.

Desperado, etc

Youre all wrong. It can't be targeted in the first place, but the banish a card from your deck still protects it. The reason Onslaught still goes through is because Toon Kingdom protects from being destroyed but not Banished.

Why it is so obvious, that the vagabond always got this 🔥 in the starting hand?!

Vagabond's hand and draws are always rigged 99% of the time, everyone knows that.

just seen the demise of land info on the toon deck recipe page i apologize for not looking at everything before commenting
Anonymous
So not sure if this is widely known but I just found out that if you play this card with demise of the land it doesn't banish the top 3 cards when coming into play so it seems better than wasting a summon on pathfinder, to use it your opponent just has to special summon which will is going to happen maybe I'm missing a downside here I just figured I'd check if anyone has any input on this

Any one has any idea when the next Toon event will occur. Is it likely and what kind of cards you think they would add? Thanks in advance.

I have Pegasus, but I have never played that "Toon World"-event everybody speaks about. Does anybody know how this is possible?

Mission unlocks, since Pegasus is now in the Gate

Any character in the Gate can be unlocked anytime as long as you've unlocked their unlock mission
Abhinav
Should I get this card & other toon monsters from the special login bonus of GX with the 3 SR since I am a new player & I don't have Pegasus unlocked?

That's what I am asking. Which cards? Also, the UR exchange ticket can give Relinquished but I don't have its Ritual summoning card. Wtf is wrong with Konami. Why they add it without giving a way to get its Ritual summoning card for for new players

Dakini make you send the card on the field, and its YOUR CHOICE also you MUST. So Dakini never target the monster.
Tackrad
WHY TOON KINGDOM WHY DO U NEGATE ENCHANTED JAVELIN WHY!?!
<< Anonymous(Tackrad)

Because Javelin targets the monster.

Toon Kingdom plus Toon cards negate any card that target Toon Cards. that includes flip effects, magic cards, trap cards, effect cards, your mothers pancakes, Disney world park tickets, and the possibility of winning

Toon Kingdom doesn't negate anything, it just doesn't allow effects to target Toon Monsters, you all should learn what NEGATE means.
