Hey I think you may not know but Konami is giving 3 SR & 2 UR which can be used at Exchange Tickets with exclusive cards. There Toon Kingdom & other toon monsters are available.
yea i know. but toon kingdom is a ur and obtained by leveling up pegasus till level 40, which means it's really limited. konami will be so stupid if they include toon kingdom in reward for those ticket. maybe you can get other toons but not with toon kingdom.

That's what I am asking. Which cards? Also, the UR exchange ticket can give Relinquished but I don't have its Ritual summoning card. Wtf is wrong with Konami. Why they add it without giving a way to get its Ritual summoning card for for new players
