Updated Information

Tier List [Mar 15]

Mekk-Knight and Salamangreat Code Talker are demoted as a Tier 3 Decklist.
Burning Abyss, Madolche, and Rose Dragon are removed from the Tier List.
Crusadia and Rokket/Borrel are removed from the High-Potential List.

New Decklist Added

Raidraptor Decklist is added.

Deck tier list [Post-Banlist Prediction]

NOTES

The GameA Tier List is primarily based on King of Games decks submitted by users and performance in Tournament.

Tier list

Decks in Tier 1 and 2 are ones that are known to have achieved good success against other decks/players.

Meta decks

Meta decks are decks that are often commonly used by players in PvP. Meta decks will often change depending on newer cards or strategies, so we will keep updating this page often to keep everyone informed of newer decks.

Tier 0

Tier 0 decks are decks that completely dominate a meta and you either play the same deck or a deck that completely counters it (but loses to almost any other deck).

There are currently no Tier 0 decks

Tier 1

These decks are very well rounded. They have ways to deal with almost every deck and have very few weaknesses themselves.

All deck in duel links need at least 10 UR to be count as meta

Now starting a new account every deck needs URs from 3+ boxes. I used to make new accounts and kog on them. Now it’s even to built a bad deck it takes forever :(.

Check kamigame the Japanese tierlist they have the best tier list from tier 1-4 and it's on the original format not side deck

Cards like light/dark imprisoning mirror exist in links and DLM does side deck tournament lol makes no sense and they only had 5 decks max in their little nonsense tier list..check kamigame tierlist the Japanese website they have 1-4 tier a total of 18 decks in there

The only deck that I think shouldn’t be on the list is Megalith since I haven’t seen any of them and no megalith decks were in the previous kog list

megalith is one of the most unfair decks ever.pop 4 cards then pop 4 more 2 turns later and boost all monsters to 4 k for 12 k attack.totally fair.cant even blackrose that shi t even if i would like cos ritual cage protects.

"Aromage as a farm deck doesn't even need any of the Fortress of Gears cards"

The Sr Trap isnt a must at 1 or 2 but without their their N and R Spells and Traps just brick and cant recover / recycle properly.

Read again, FARM deck. Aromage as a farm deck doesn't need to recycle like in PVP.

DLM is super sasy compared to the japanese metrics. Omg they even use excel!

DLM has always been bad, they are Konami's lapdog and their tournaments uses side deck which is not in DL, both of those skews what we see on their website, making some decks looks better on their tournaments than they actually are in DL.
