The GameA Tier List is primarily based on King of Games decks submitted by users and performance in Tournament.

Tier list

Decks in Tier 1 and 2 are ones that are known to have achieved good success against other decks/players.

Meta decks

Meta decks are decks that are often commonly used by players in PvP. Meta decks will often change depending on newer cards or strategies, so we will keep updating this page often to keep everyone informed of newer decks.

Tier 0

Tier 0 decks are decks that completely dominate a meta and you either play the same deck or a deck that completely counters it (but loses to almost any other deck).

There are currently no Tier 0 decks

Tier 1

These decks are very well rounded. They have ways to deal with almost every deck and have very few weaknesses themselves.

Honestly the best one I've tried so far is a 30 card version with That Grass Looks Greener and Prophecy Destroyer/DMoC/Reaper. Can use needlebug if you don't have 3 Grass but try to pick up the Grass if you can.

I tried many variants including grass looks greener but somehow that deck always betray me for some odd reason. So I end up using a 20 card build the centralise fool of prophecy combo with reaper of prophecy to get Dark Magician of Chaos out. I feel its the more consistent one at least for me.

the 20 cards version is more consistant but it just feels lackluster its mechanic is definitely more consistant but unless you put your opponent in an unwinnable position early on which is hard and with the only monster you have having 500 attack you just run out of steam. drawing grass in 30 cards may be harder but when you do the deck feels tier 0-ish

I just want to know how do i burn every sylvan card in existence. i wish that deck would cease to exist. i mean doesn't everyone want to see something else other then that same one over and over

sylvans just seem unfair when you don't have the right cards to counter them. don't worry spellbooks will delete them from the game and then you'll be complaining about spellbooks even though all this time heroes was by far the best deck and not sylvans

I have 9-10k gems but I dont know which box better for open I dont want play with sylvan so I waited for next mini box but now I am not sure is it strong for kog or Should I open galaktic box for saffira cause saffira deck looks like be tier1 a long time?

Up to you. Also depends if your gems can last another 3 weeks (expiry date).

Generally speaking, CAffira ritual will not become obsolete. It's strength lies in free monster removal + recycling power + protection from MAR/ hymn.

If you have cyber angels almost complete then you can for saffira . But if you have just started with CAffira then forget it even 10k gems won't do.

i got with ca and saffira kog last season but now they are not good as they were you pretty much to amazoness (Swords woman + amasoness queen ) or your dakini will be banished by spell book of fate wait for some time to see how spell book will be doing and go for either them or masked hero

this game is bs when it comes to farming cards, its like the damn game knows what card you want and refuses to give it to you, for example in this battle city event i never got kurbioh from the lotto draw only by getting ex gems but ive gotten every other sr and ur card at least twice, now im trying to farm dark magician and union attack but i cant get one with getting an 8000 assessment, but i get every other sr and ur card from yami yugi and yugi, same thing happened when i tried to farm MAR and MAAR from alexis all the game wanted to do was give me 7 cyber bladers is bs

(Written from a semi-FTP player standpoint) I’m probably gonna get blasted for being FTP and writing this but I feel like this game has gotten really boring. The meta changes almost every month so when I build I deck I grind out gems for they become obsolete quickly. I would love to get back into this game but it’s really hard because I’d have to grind out gems. I have spent money on the game but I just feel like spending money on a mobile game almost monthly isn’t the best idea. There’s almost no motivation to keep playing other than logging in over a couple of weeks just to keep Konami from deleting my account that I built up. Events get recycled a lot and if I have the cards from playing previously then there is now point to participate. Ranked duels can get tiring and frustrating when you’re doing really well and then you start going a losing streak. You could just say “get good” but the power creeped decks that could appear while one is climbing that can OTK you is actually crazy. This game sparked back Yu-GI-OH back into life with a group of my friends and we all feel the same that the game is getting kinda bland. If anyone could try and help me get back into the game and help other people that’d be great fully appreciated. Thank you for reading and have a nice day :))

The rank system is actually terrible. Won 8 of last 10 games and no rank up. Legend 2 btw. They should change it where if you win 4 out of 5 games you rank up, not win 5 duels in a row to rank up. ridiculous.

LOL no lifers? I always get KoG in the first few days then proceed to chill for the rest of the month, barely even touching ranked until next season. That's the opposite of being a "no lifer" if u ask me.

Actually the guy is kinda rigth.
Hit legend 3 this season and this the the highest rank I've ever achieve in this game.
Just getting through legend with current meta situation was difficult but the kog thing was simply ridiculous.
If you can't manage a streak you can rank up. And I feel this is not only applying to kog rank lately.

Magical Exemplar can special summon monsters from the grave too, so that's probably how. I want to say luck might be involved, but maybe he managed to thin his deck quick enough to draw both Magical Exemplar and DMoC. It doesn't look like it has any anti-backrow though. Something like WoD would probably mess them up easy.

I would have gone for Magician's Circle myself, which can be used to summon Reaper from deck, which can then in turn summon another thing (as long as you have 5+ books with different names in grave). I also expected Blizzard Princess or something, since her effect would actually shut down your backrow.

Finally had a fantastic Masked Hero/Slash Dragon deck get me to Legend and 4/5th of the decks I face are Sylvan :-/

I get it that Sylvan and Geargia decks are good and easy to make but c'mon mannnn...
