During your End Phase: Special Summon 1 "Engine Token" (Machine-Type/EARTH/Level 1/ATK 200/DEF 200) in Attack Position. Once per turn: You can have this card gain 1000 ATK until the End Phase. During the End Phase, if this effect of this card was used: Destroy this card.

  • Strong ATK and DEF stats.
  • Can increase 1000 to its own ATK once per turn.


  • Requires 2 Tributes to Tribute summon.
  • Generates a token in ATK position during your End Phase, which makes you vulnerable to opponent’s attacks.
  • Destroys itself if it has used the effect of increasing 1000 ATK for that turn.


  • You can also consider using Jinzo together to form a Machine-type deck, but you may want to consider using less Traps in your Deck.
  • You can also use Treacherous Trap Hole to destroy your token and 1 of your opponent’s monster (or just destroy 2 of your opponent’s monster if they had multiple monsters).


Since the token will leave you vulnerable to opponent’s attack, you can use Escalation of the Monarch during your opponent’s turn to tribute that token, to summon B.E.S monsters. These monsters will obtain counters which makes them harder to be destroyed by battle.


Since Fiendish Engine Ω is a Machine-type monster, it can be supported by Heavy Mech Support Platform, which can be equipped to prevent Fiendish Engine Ω from destroying itself. Enemy Controller and Super Rush Headlong are used as generic protection techs for both Fiendish Engine Ω and the token. Gravity Blaster, Rare Metalmorph and Pulse Mines are good tech cards for Machine-type monsters with Gravity Blaster increasing the equipped Machine-type monster’s ATK every turn, and negates monster effects from the monster destroyed by battle via the equipped Machine-type monster, Rare Metalmorph negates 1 spell that targets the Machine-type monster 1 time, and also increases its ATK. Pulse Mines can turn all opponent’s monsters that was or would-be Normal / Special Summoned, into Defense position, for that turn.

Urgent Tuning is good, but since the token is only Level 1, the Tuner would have to be quite a high level, otherwise what are you going to summon, Junk Warrior?

You can't even summon Junk Warrior with one Level 1 token since Junk Synchron is Level 3.

What about ally of justice catastor? Only needs lv4 tuner and one lv1
could this be decent with mecha phantom beasts? can be summoned with fires of doomsday as well :thinking:
So the era of synchros is really near. Now its near to useless due to 1-2 Turn OTK based decks

Not everything that summons a token is useful for Synchro, though.

Especially when the token has 200 ATK and is on the field in Attack position during your opponent's turn.

So is anyone going to post a list of the new best Yubel variant with E-cons? I can't find it...
Cause I think he would show more of the Neos and Neo-Spacian cards yet to be shown in Duel Links....
Has to be targeted by a card effect to use it's effect. Most players who can read won'...
