No, it's not. Not only the Token is only Level 1, but also, it is Special Summoned at the end of your turn in Attack position.
You're basically inviting your opponent to OTK you, not to mention a Level 1 Token won't be useful until we get Formula Synchron, which I don't think we'll gonna get for a while.
Urgent Tuning is good, but since the token is only Level 1, the Tuner would have to be quite a high level, otherwise what are you going to summon, Junk Warrior?
