Dinosaur Kingdom Begin duel with the field spell "Jurassic World" activated. | Rex |
1 Card Rank 4 Xyz Tech Card which will allows you to special summon 2 Normal Dinosaur-Type monsters with the same name from your Deck and quick Xyz Summon Evolzar Laggia as Field Control. However, this will cost your Normal Summon.
Rescue Rabbit | EARTH Beast ★4 ATK 300 / DEF 100 |
Infinite Ray [UR] Selection Box Vol.05 [UR]
Cannot be Special Summoned from the Deck. You can banish this face-up card you control; Special Summon 2 Level 4 or lower Normal Monsters with the same name from your Deck. Destroy them during the End Phase. You can only use the effect of "Rescue Rabbit" once per turn. |
Megalosmasher X | WATER Dinosaur ★4 ATK 2000 / DEF 0 |
Burning Nova [SR] Selection Box Vol. 02 [SR]
With its sound-baffling armor and gargantuan jaws, this primeval predator's phosphorescence was the only possible pardon for its primitive prey. |
Sabersaurus | EARTH Dinosaur ★4 ATK 1900 / DEF 500 |
Blades of Spirit [R] | |
This normally gentle dinosaur enjoys relaxing in its nest in the prairies. If it becomes angered, it turns terribly ferocious. |
Kabazauls | WATER Dinosaur ★4 ATK 1700 / DEF 1500 |
Crimson Kingdom [N] | |
A huge monster in the shape of a hippopotamus. The sneezing from his gigantic body is so fierce that people mistake it for a hurricane. |
Keep it in your hand for the powerful first effect, essentially making your Dinosaurs immune to enemy effects for the entire Main Phase. Do this before you summon anything to protect from backrow disruption techs like Floodgate Trap Hole or Book of Moon.
The graveyard effect can let you summon other copy of Dinosaur if you have at least 1 Dinos in the graveyard, For Example, you can:
Special summon "Babycerasaurus" by Miscellaneousaurus alognside with Giant Rex and special summon Giant Rex due to its own effect.
Then using Survival Ends effect to pop Babycerasaurus and 1 Card your opponent control and special summon 1 Level 4 Dinosaur Monster due to Babycerasaurus's float effect.
Using Giant Rex and that special summoned Level 4 Dinosaur to Xyz Summon any Rank 4 Monster.
Miscellaneousaurus | FIRE Dinosaur ★4 ATK 1800 / DEF 1000 |
Truth Universe [UR] | |
During either player's Main Phase: You can send this card from your hand to the Graveyard; during this Main Phase, Dinosaur-Type monsters you control are unaffected by your opponent's activated effects. You can banish any number of Dinosaur-Type monsters from your Graveyard, including this card; Special Summon 1 Dinosaur-Type monster from your Deck with a Level equal to the total number of monsters banished to activate this effect, but destroy it during the End Phase. You can only use this effect of "Miscellaneousaurus" once per turn. |
Babycerasaurus | EARTH Dinosaur ★2 ATK 500 / DEF 500 |
Chaotic Compliance [R]
When this card is destroyed by a card effect and sent to the Graveyard: Special Summon 1 Level 4 or lower Dinosaur-Type monster from your Deck. |
Survivals End | Normal Trap |
Tyranno Hassleberry [SR] Tyranno Hassleberry Unlock Event [SR]
Destroy as many Normal Monsters on the field as possible, and if you do, Special Summon Level 4 or lower Dinosaur-Type monsters from your Deck, up to the number destroyed, but destroy them during the End Phase. You can banish this card from your Graveyard, then target 1 Dinosaur-Type monster you control and 1 card your opponent controls; destroy them. |
Giant Rex | EARTH Dinosaur ★4 ATK 2000 / DEF 1200 |
Tyranno Hassleberry [UR] Tyranno Hassleberry Roaming Event [UR] Tyranno Hassleberry Unlock Event [UR]
Cannot attack directly. If this card is banished: You can Special Summon this card, and if you do, this card gains 200 ATK for each of your banished Dinosaur monsters. You can only use this effect of "Giant Rex" once per turn. |
Essentially, as long as you haven’t already used its effect, Giant Rex doesn’t care about Card that has banish effect like Spellbook of Fate, Amazoness Onslaught and Karma Cut.
Giant Rex’s effect can’t miss the timing because it triggers “if” and not “when” it’s banished. The only downside with this card is the fact that you can’t attack your opponent directly with it.
Unexpected Dai | Normal Spell |
Stardust Acceleration [UR] Gladiator's Storm [UR]
If you control no monsters: Special Summon 1 Level 4 or lower Normal Monster from the Deck. |
Laggia already offers some pretty decent form of control. You can fill the rest of the deck by using something like Rebirth of Parshath as a way to secure games. Avenging Knight Parshath helps when you go against defensive decks that often sets their monsters.
Avenging Knight Parshath | LIGHT Fairy ★8 ATK 2600 / DEF 2100 |
Ranked Rewards [UR] | |
1 Tuner + 1 or more non-Tuner LIGHT monsters Once per turn: You can target 1 face-up monster your opponent controls; change that target's battle position. If this card attacks a Defense Position monster, inflict piercing battle damage to your opponent. |
Rebirth of Parshath | Counter Trap |
Lords of Shining [R] | |
When a Spell/Trap Card, or monster effect, is activated: Reveal 1 Counter Trap in your hand, then discard 1 card and pay 1000 LP; negate the activation, and if you do, shuffle that card into the Deck. Then, you can Special Summon 1 "Parshath" monster from your Deck or Extra Deck. |
Ultimate Providence | Counter Trap |
Crimson Kingdom [R] Selection Box Vol. 01 [R] Dragunity Overdrive [R] Blue-Eyes Evolution [R]
When a Spell/Trap Card, or monster effect, is activated: Discard the same type of card (Monster, Spell, or Trap); negate the activation, and if you do, destroy that card. |
Dark Rebellion Xyz Dragon | DARK Dragon ★4 ATK 2500 / DEF 2000 |
Phantom of Rebellion [UR]
2 Level 4 monsters You can detach 2 Xyz Materials from this card, then target 1 face-up monster your opponent controls; its ATK becomes half its current ATK, and if it does, this card gains that lost ATK. |
General Rank 4 Xyz Monster for players to use so far. Its effect essentially lets you deal 2500 (its own ATK) damage if this attacks the monster you targeted. The advantage is that your opponent's monster's ATK is also lowered, allowing you to attack over it with your other weaker monsters.
Abyss Dweller | WATER Sea Serpent ★4 ATK 1700 / DEF 1400 |
Photons of Galaxy [UR] Selection Box Vol.03 Mini [UR] [UR]
2 Level 4 monsters While this card has an Xyz Material attached that was originally WATER, all WATER monsters you control gain 500 ATK. Once per turn, during either player's turn: You can detach 1 Xyz Material from this card; any card effects that activate in your opponent's Graveyard cannot be activated this turn. |
Abyss Dweller is an anti-Graveyard interaction tech, intended to hinder Decks that activate a ton of effects from the graveyard. It's best to activate this at the start of the opponent's turn, so make sure to toggle Chain to "ON" and activate Abyss Dweller's effect during the opponent's Draw Phase.
Evolzar Laggia | FIRE Dragon ★4 ATK 2400 / DEF 2000 |
Selection Box Vol.04 Mini [SR]
2 Level 4 Dinosaur-Type monsters During either player's turn, when a monster(s) would be Normal or Special Summoned, OR a Spell/Trap Card is activated: You can detach 2 Xyz Materials from this card; negate the Summon or activation, and if you do, destroy that card. |
Powerful Monster Summon and Spell/Trap Negation Rank 4 Xyz monsters which can quickly summon by using Rescue Rabbit's effect as early as Turn 1.
Number 70: Malevolent Sin | DARK Insect ★4 ATK 2400 / DEF 1200 |
Photons of Galaxy [SR] | |
2 Level 4 monsters Once per turn: You can detach 1 Xyz Material from this card, then target 1 monster your opponent controls; banish it until your opponent's next Standby Phase. At the end of the Damage Step, if this card attacked: You can make this card gain 300 ATK, and if you do, increase its Rank by 3. |
Useful when your opponent only has 1 monster on the field. Temporarily banishing them will let you attack directly to secure some games.
It's also good against Xyz monsters since banishing them will also remove their materials.
Steelswarm Roach | DARK Fiend ★4 ATK 1900 / DEF 0 |
Photons of Galaxy [SR] | |
2 Level 4 monsters During either player's turn, when a Level 5 or higher monster would be Special Summoned: You can detach 1 Xyz Material from this card; negate the Special Summon, and if you do, destroy it. |
Roach is great for monster suppresion, much like a Trap Hole card. When your opponent summons a boss monster, use Roach's effect to immediately destroy it. This is an especially good counter against Synchro or Pendulum Decks. But most of the time, just Roach's presence on the field is enough to deter the opponent from making big monsters.
Daigusto Emeral | WIND Rock ★4 ATK 1800 / DEF 800 |
Sign of Harpies [SR] | |
2 Level 4 monsters Once per turn: You can detach 1 Xyz Material from this card, then activate 1 of these effects. ● Target 3 monsters in your Graveyard; shuffle all 3 into the Deck, then draw 1 card. ● Target 1 non-Effect Monster in your Graveyard; Special Summon that target. |
Summon Emeral by using two Level 4 monsters as material. Emeral will then be used as a mini self-sufficient draw engine. Emeral can help you recover the monsters in the graveyard so you don't run out of sources.
