Bastion is permanently unlockable, since he's available at the Gate.

To unlock his unlock missions you need to win 50 duels with your deck having 3 cards or less.

I notice something. Well I could be wrong. It seems in compliance of players complaining of their stupid drop rate (which they are), konami made it such a way that drop rate is higher on first day and last 2 days of events.

the 1st day farming i got, 3SR,1UR. but now the droprate is like decrease than before.

His new deck is actually easier to deal with, despite the addition of Earthquake.

OP here, thanks for the Yubel deck suggestion, but I don't have a few of the cards, so I used Ra Cloudian deck instead. It works well too :)
