I think this is the hardest roaming character to farm that we ever have in 2 years.

No. As long as you use Yubel-Montage farming deck. I already have 3 copies of each reward cards except for Survival of the fittest that I only have 2, one more card and I'm done.

Well to be fair, that post was from before they updated his deck.

His new deck is actually easier to deal with, despite the addition of Earthquake.

OP here, thanks for the Yubel deck suggestion, but I don't have a few of the cards, so I used Ra Cloudian deck instead. It works well too :)
