Labyrinth Builder decks come with a risk, since the deck will not work if you don't manage to get a Dimension Gate early in the duel. It's also riskier to use against Yugi Muto since he will always use some of his monsters to keep returning your monsters back to your hand. This means that cards like Crystal Seer or A Cat of Ill Omen will not be of much use outside of the first few turns. This deck also plays quite similarly to

Set a Dimension Gate and use the skill once you can, but only activate the Dimension Gate when Yugi's cards targets the labyrinth, which is often from either his Guardian Statue, or Golem Sentry.
Set cards like Crystal Seer, or A Cat of Ill Omen together with the labyrinth, so when he targets your labyrinth, you can chain it with your Dimension Gate, allowing your set cards to get attacked, and be able to activate their flip effects.
If Yugi already has monsters that can keep returning your monsters, and your Labyrinth is already banished, you can only use spell/trap cards to get more draws since Yugi will always flip summon his monster every turn.
Other methods to draw cards
Drawing cards is quite important, but mostly early in the duel. Since it can be difficult if Yugi already sets his Guardian Statue or Golem Sentry, flip effect monsters won't get a chance to activate. To help with some early draws, you can use other methods:
Multiple copies of Double Summon can let you set 2 monsters. Since his effect monsters can only target 1 at a time, your other monster will most likely get attacked.
The Unhappy Girl with Wonder Wand. You can attack into his monsters to stall the duel until you get the wand. You will take some damage because of no "Holy Guard", but you don't need high LP against Yugi. Use the wand to get rid of the unhappy girl and draw some cards.
Shard of Greed and more Jar of Greed. With some more defensive card to let you survive, you can delay the turns and get more draws, but this can end up clogging your spell/trap zone.
Union Attack and Valkyrion
Union Attack Sometimes Yugi will use his Union Attack (at level 30) to try and destroy your Labyrinth. If you already banished it with Dimension Gate, you can simply let Yugi's monster attack you directly, since it won't deal any damage due to Union Attack's effect.
Valkyrion To prevent it from destroying your Labyrinth, you will need to set a Adhesion Trap Hole as soon as you can. You can put more copies, or rely on Cat to get it for you. If Yugi does not have any magnet monsters on his field, then he can't summon Valkyrion, so you won't have to set Adhesion.
Yugi Muto has 2 Sphere Kuriboh at level 30, but only 1 at level 40. If you use the same deck to duel against both level, make sure you bring 2 Abyssal Designator and select DARK and Fiend.
Use Abyssal before your last turn so your LP is lower than Yugi on the last turn. This is so that you can get comeback victory score bonus.
If you use Abyssal when Yugi doesn't have a Sphere in his hand, the ones in his deck will get discarded. This will end up lowering the number of cards in his deck, which can be a problem if you don't draw more than him.
You can use both Abyssals to lower your LP, and summon a low attack monster to attack into Yugi's monster to take some more damage. Having 1000 LP or below will give you an extra 500 pts.
If you use Crystal Seer to attack Yugi's The Rock Spirit and use double Abyssals, you can finish the duel with 100 LP left.
Use Storm to destroy your Dimension Gate so you can return your Labyrinth.
Use Temple of the Kings so you can tribute summon Serket and activate temple's effect to get BEUD.
