Can increase its attack and it will last until it's destroyed.
Synergy with Red-Eyes B. Dragon because of Red-Eyes Spirit, or from its own second effect.
Able to special summon normal Dragon-type monsters from either player's graveyard.

Cons

Low defense and base attack is 1700. There are already several monsters with higher attack.
Requires a discard of a normal dragon-type monster to increase attack..
Second effect only works if it's destroyed by your opponent's card effect.

Activate this card's effect by sending Red-Eyes B. Dragon from your hand to the graveyard so you can activate Red-Eyes Spirit. You will have 2 monsters with 2,000 attack+.
If you have a lot of normal dragon-type monster, or any other normal monster, you can use Symbols of Duty to special summon other monsters from either player's graveyard.

You can discard any dragon, not just normal type dragons.

Was someone ever able to use the second effect of this card? I played Vanguard yesterday, and it was destroyed by "Eliminating the League" while I already had two BEWD in my graveyard.

Normally I should have been able to special summon one BEWD because it's a normal dragon type monster and my Vanguard was destroyed by a card effect, right? But I just got the message that the activation of the effect missed.

Missed time because you have 2 or more same name monster like example three blue eyes or two red eyes

why exactly does this happen? Is it because the immediate effect of order to charge is to target one of your own monsters to be tributed and then the destroy effect happens afterwards? Does it always miss timing?

This card is broken as 🔥.
Its attack increase permanently and it can counter Order to Charge by summoning bigger dragons from graveyard.

REBD combo is going to be the new Tier 1, and those who didn't get the SR cards from this Joey event are going to be so disadvantaged to those who can use the REBD combo deck.

This beater is the most powerful level 4 out their right now. If they have NO problem puting this into the game. Surely they won't have any problem with putting more OP beater into the game with 18-1900 beater.

Which means Vorse Raider is about to come. Say goodbye to Dunames (1800 beater) and Axe Raider (1700 beater).

Axe Raider was barely ever good TBH. And Vorse Raider? I was thinking more along the lines of Alexandrite Dragon xD But all jokes aside, I do hope they add Red-Eyes Wyvern as a Reward for the next Super Joey event.

🔥 THE SUPER JOEY EVENT. His drop AND spawn rate were 🔥 for me like 99% of the time. It would be MUCH better if they just put it in the next Main Box. Either that or make the drop rates more forgiving and get rid of those 🔥ING DICES

That was highly uncalled for. I've been trying really hard to get even 2 of them but I can't get a single one. I've gotten 2 SR from Super Joey and one of them was a goddamn SKull Dice. Keep in mind that I've been farming him for 6000-8000 points since the beginning of the event. And to think that I got all excited about the REBD combo deck. I'm 🔥ing sad now.

The power creep is real with this card

CONS:
Low defense and base attack is 1700. There are already several monsters with higher attack.

...did you guys smoke ?
there are 2 Monsters with 1750 and 1 with 1800 and thats it (dont count the 2000atk with a condition)

this card is OP as fck

and with REBD combo deck and RE Spirit super OP

Actually you seem to forget either Gearfread or Dunames, both with 1800 and no "condition"

That what I was thinking 1700 is max for a guy who can use a field spell to get 1900
